I love dr nitta and his staff! The girl (Claudia I believe) was very nice and dr nitta was the happiest sweetest doctor I have ever had for my primary doctor ! He came in very cheerful and happy, did not rush me and listened to me and treated me very well!

the worst experience and office staff I have ever had Cindy the office manager was very rude and insisted that she was right and the patient was wrong saying I have no recollection of calling or that I was lying about leaving a message I called and I was transferred to some random line which went straight to voicemail left detailed message no call back and that’s when I was called a liar, this office staff needs need more customer service skills and treat patients with respect I would never refer anyone to this office please go elsewhere

It’s always a waste of time coming seeing Dr. Nitta. You get in to see him and he rushes to get you out with no answers.
It’s time to find a new doctor.

I really love Dr. Nitta. I’ve been going to him for over 10 years. He has always had an excellent attitude when I’ve come in (and I’m somewhat of a hypochondriac). He’s always smiling and (thank goodness) never feels like a creeper.
Dr. Nitta definitely knows his stuff and even just by describing it is usually spot-​on with what you’ve got.
The only thing I ever really feel somewhat iffy about is the rate at which you go in and out of his office. Patients are in and out (which is a good thing, usually) but sometimes it does feel a little fast.
