I just had an excellent experience with St. Jude Heritage Medical Group. I was a cash-pay patient, as my full coverage with my HMO does not start until March 1, about a month away. I had an urgent matter that needed immediate medical attention, and regular urgent care was not able to help me. I made an appointment with this medical group, and they got me in the next day. I had an appointment with Dr. Jennifer Lu at 1:30PM. Everything happened on time and efficiently. I was treated very professionally, the staff was very pleasant to work with, the PA was great, and my appointment with Dr. Lu was one of the best doctor visits I’ve ever had. She was very attentive, very knowledgeable, asked important questions, and prescribed a very effective treatment on the spot. I paid cash that day, and receive a discount for doing so. I would not hesitate to go back here again if I had to.

We’ve never had any major complaints about St Jude. There billing department doesn’t always have their act together but those issues are easily rectified. Building is clean and in good repair. Every Dr has been great. We drive all the way from south county to go here.

My primary care doctor is in this building his name is Mark Giglio he will no longer be mine and my husbands primary care doctor as he is extremely arrogant and treats people like crap as he thinks he is above everyone so if you are thinking about using him as a primary care doctor please think again St Jude is going downhill maybe it’s because they did all the remodeling now they’re hurting for money and treat people like crap just to get money out of them and they really don’t care
