Recently had my eyebrows done @ Mimi’s The Salon. Lannie did a good job coloring & waxing! They look so much better! And everyone is so friendly!

I love Mimi! I visit regularly for pedicures. Although she is always booked a week+ in advance, scheduling is always very easy. My schedule can be pretty scattered, and Mimi has always understood when I’ve needed to reschedule. Mimi’s salon is always very clean & she takes her time with your appointment. Her pedicures last weeks. I highly recommend visiting her!

Although they were very busy today, I loved the service I received. They are the sweetest ladies and took time to make my nails look good! And the prices are great, but be sure to tip in cash. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have been going to Patricia Gonzalez for 14 years. She cuts and styles my hair. Does my hi lights and dyes my eyebrows. She also waxes my upper lip, eye brows and the peach fuzz I get on my checks. Patricia is punctual, honest and a beautiful women inside and out. She is talented with her scissors and a wonderful style consultant.

I been going to Mimi’s when this salon first opened last year and still going. When this place first opened, it was very outdated and dark. I’m so glad that they finally made more changes throughout this year and the salon looks lovely, warm and inviting. There are plants everywhere in this salon, even in their backyard area. Mimi really loves her plants and you can tell from the way she talks about them from time to time. I believe they are still updating the salon and I can’t wait till they finally finish. Mimi is quite a character once you meet her but do understand that she does get stressed out sometimes (like the rest of us at any sort of job). Deep down, she really is a sweet and wonderful lady when you get to know her. I called a couple days in advanced and book an appointment. Since I work in the daytime, I came here in the evening. I came right on time and she was still finishing up with another client so she told me to go pick out a color. I didn’t really have to because I knew I was going to get a French mani & pedi. She started with the pedicure first since it took up the most time. She had this cute pedicure chair with plants located all over the left side and soothing music. She was very calm and professional. All her products are high-​quality and superb. My legs and feet had never felt better. I work on my feet, standing constantly, and after this pedicure, it feels like heaven. Even after 2 months, my French pedicure still looks great, only a lil chipped but still great shaped. Manicure was fast and efficient. She will let you know when to go and brush the last remaining cuticles. The products she used make a great manicure because it last if you maintain it just a bit. My French manicure last about two weeks before it started to chip away. Overall, I would highly recommend Mimi for nails.
Location– If you never been to this location or plaza, it can be kinda confusing if you use google maps (as I was told). It’s very near the Fullerton Transportation Center and Salon Technique. If you go down Harbor past E Commonwealth, you will see the salon on the right side next to All Hallow Ink’s Tattoo (they have a pretty big sign outside their store, so once you see it, make a right on the upcoming street Amerige. There’s plenty of parking behind the entire building. Park your car and look for a lot of plants, you will see Mimi’s the salon signs. If you see a huge W for Winkelmann Realtor on a dark purple 2-​story building, you are there because Mimi the Salon is wedge right in between that and All Hallow Ink’s Tattoo.
Products– Lots of colors to choose from and different shades and brands. If you are into glitter, sparkles or other added on effects for nails, she has a variety of choices from hearts, stars, rhinestones, snow globe glitter, tinsel glitter, hexagon, and different colors of glitter.

Mimi just did my nails for a recent vacation & they turned out great & lasted for over 3 weeks!

I am one of the fortunate ladies to have found Patricia when my baby fine hair was tired of perms & color, rollers under the dryer, ineffective backcombing, and thinning crown. Not only was she able to find a style that suited my fine hair, she introduced me to the HUMAN HAIR WIGLET. I started out with the «Delicate» wiglet which gave me more hair than I have ever had and all my friends thought it looked beautiful. Recently we have gone to the «Lite Touch» which gives me even more hair. The wiglet matches my own hair color with highlites. It is light. I do not even know it is on. It does not look or feel wigish. Patricia attaches it and styles my own hair in with the wiglet. It looks phenomenal. The wiglet is reasonable. I bought two so that Patricia can wash one and have it ready for me the next appointment.

Mimi does a great job! She’s been doing my nails for a year, and I am very satisfied. I used to have lots of problems with my nails, and now my nails are so much better.
