The wait times during the weekdays at lunch are usually pretty quick. The employees are super friendly and nice. More-​so than any other El Pollo Loco I’ve been to.
The food is always fresh and it’s rare that my order is ever wrong. Two thumbs up.

I love EPL and this place has friendly staff and they are pretty quick to get your order to you. But… I ordered the family meal in drive through today and my order was terribly wrong when I got home. The entire ride home I fantasized about the fajita salad with the crunchy tortilla chips in it and of course the churros that come with the family meal. Well you guessed it, no fajita salad with crunchy tortilla chips (got the incredibly boring mango salsa salad instead) and no churros. No churros!!! Heartbreaking. Just heartbreaking for me and my kids. And of course I wasn’t going to drive back for it.
Word to the wise: check your order before leaving.

I keep coming back here because I like the food and it’s convenient to have a drive-​thru. BUT, they have gotten my order wrong just about every single time. Several times it has been repeated back to me correctly at the window, and then I get home and it’s still the wrong food.

I went there after school and the customer service was excellent like I was just in shock it was so nice and when I rang the loco bel they all yelled thank you! It made me want to go to only that location just cause there so kind, compared to the one in brea near tj Max they legit didn’t even say hello. Great job and keep it up. If I could tip u guys I would ! YALL SHOULD ALL GET $ 15 AN HOUR

This location’s costumer service is on point! I’ve always been greeted as soon as I walk in by multiple staff members. My orders have always been correct, fast, and I’ve never had an issue with the quality of the food. Easy 5 star rating from me.

My daughter is a wrestler and on a strict diet so today she went and got chicken breast and broccoli side … She opened the broccoli and smelled it and looked at it then closed the lid back up… It was completely molded and then cooked … You can clearly see the black on all the green veggie… I’m so disgusted with them… Not that long ago the corn was like funky also like in Spanish my mom would say asedo!!! Never again !! They needs to really be more careful

The chicken here is moist and the guacamole salsa is soooo good. The regular salsa looks just like chopped tomatoes but it has flavor. I prefer a more traditional wet salsa, like the guacamole one. The tortillas were a bit dry, so they were probably sitting for a while.
I prefer Juan Pollo as it is rotisserie rather than fire grilled, but my family likes it and it actually was pretty good this go round.
I like the convenience of the drive through and its proximity to Starbucks is a plus.

I am with a large group of people who like to go out to eat after our weekly Tuesday meeting. We don’t end till about 9 and typically linger till 9:20… so we eat late. One of the spots we eat at is at this El Pollo.
We LOVE Yessenia and her crew. She is very helpful and understanding even though they close at 10. A huge sweetheart!

This is a great location! I love the food, the costumer service is good, it doesn’t take long, it’s remodeled nicely, and is very clean! I can sure taste the deliciousness of the flame-​grilled chicken in every bite!

The chicken is usually reliable. However, I lost my willingness to come here after a poor experience with customer service. I tried to return chicken after I got home and discovered that it was bloody. They refused to give me new chicken or refund my money. She told me that I should have checked before I left. However, that is not very doable in a drive through. I asked for the manager and she told me that she was the manager. For some reason, I did not believe her.

This place got recently renovated (not sure when?) and it is very clean and welcoming now. Food ordering was satisfactory and the food itself is never that bad at El Pollo.
Lookout for monthly coupons for this place, you can usually get at least a free chips and guacamole or taco or something!

seems super healthy and can potentially be very cheap– mac n cheese sides etc for like one dollar.
I, on the other hand had the 8 $ spicy chipotle combo! delicious, but spicy.
Chips and Guacamole are a tasty treat too.
get the coupons, they always make it so cheap.
