Almost six months to remodel a small bathroom. Lack of communication led to mistakes and other issues including project delays and unexpected costs. Their tagline is «you dream it, we build it» is ridiculous as nothing we wanted in a new bathroom was able to get completed. It turned out to be a very expensive refresh of our bathroom. It was a very bad experience and I would never recommend All Pro to anyone.

We hired All Pro Builders to remodel a 55 year old shower in our master bath. While the end product was perfectly satisfactory, getting there was slow and mistakes were made. Communication is one of the biggest issues, however, the woman who answers the main line is very helpful and will run down any information in time. All Pro utilized several different subcontractors, and that was expected. During demolition, they were surprised the wall behind the shower was actually real brick, they expected a façade — all they needed to do was ask about it, and they would have learned what to expect. They selected the wrong water valve, I specifically asked for both pressure and temperature control, they only installed temp control type valve. The shower door subcontractor got the wrong word on the glass type, we ended up accepting it just to get the job over with. We had to do some of our own painting to finish up the job. All in all, I don’t think I would use All Pro Builders again. I will reiterate though, the end product was acceptable, the price was competitive.
