Carrabba’s Italian Grill

Dirtiest place we ever been.
Place looks like a funeral.
They broke so many plates/​glasses when we were there I don’t really know how they have profit.
Food was cold.
From this experience with carrabas, we will keep Olive Garden as our preferred daily Italian restaurant.

Love it! Always a favorite and now their menu wtih smaller portions makes it a must have for me! love it!

Let me start by saying Carrabba’s is my favorite restaurant. But yikes this one does not measure up to the standard. The first red flag for me was the hostess stand it was very dirty on the bottom level ironically there was a bucket with cleaner sitting on it. There was also a very distinct odor of sewer gases it must have been a dry floor drain somewhere. When I pointed it out to the hostess her reply was quote Yeah I smell it too. The rest of the restaurant and bathrooms appeared clean, with one exception the vents in the ceiling were quite dirty. The kids meals came out hot but ours was well below desired temperature the food didn’t taste good all the all the other portions seem too small. the service was not up to standard either. In conclusion Carrabba’s this particular restaurant not so much.

Came on for Valentine’s Day, hostess were very rude, however Matt was a great server!

As Adam M. said, it took them well over an hour to figure out how to split the bill with our large party. After all that we were comped, by the manager I assume, 3 $ 10 gift cards for all the trouble. Today when I tried to use them he informed the carry out waitress that only 2 can be used at a time. This was after he saw and recognized me from the night before. Overall the food was good, the chicken Bryan was dry however. We were quick to be seated and served but the servers couldn’t pull it together to get our bill taken care of. We won’t be bringing our party of friends and family back next year.

Great food but horrible service. Party of 17 with individual checks we all waited a total of 1.5 for all of the checks. We were seated, served drinks and ate our main courses faster than they could figure out the bill. The manager intervened and it still took an extra 30 minutes. Understandably it’s hard to break out checks but 1.5 hours is ridiculous.

Always good quality but lately very skimpy on seasoning oil mix. A little rushed also.

Not impressed– a lot of hype about an average place. I went to this Carrabas for the first time 15 years ago– back when the portions were huge and the prices were reasonable. What happened over the years? The prices are high and the portion sizes have gone down. First of all– the place– need to clean the carpets– sticky with a stench. And the noise level of the place– come on– could barely here myself think! Who designed this place? Food– I need to preface that I am extremely picky about pizza and lasagna– so my expectations are high. I had the lasagna. Actually it tasted pretty good– but I almost laughed out loud when it was placed in front of me. Lasagna is a layered entrée– I got the bottom layer. I was expecting a loaf of lasagna. I got the bottom slice. It’s like someone let the air out if it. A little deflated football when you want a fully inflated regulation size football. Very disappointed– where’s the beef? Pork? However– the sauce was actually pretty good and the sausage lentil soup was excellent. And the service was very good– friendly and fast. But when there are so many better Italian places in town that are more reasonably priced with bigger portions then why go back? The bread is plain white bread! I will stick with Cibo, or 2 meatballs or even Buca when craving a brick of lasagna. I really wish I could give four stars but that lasagna was a let down!

No complaint! We went for carry out and Shelby was great. Our order was as she I find and it was on time. We didn’t eat in but took our food and it was great. Love it when a plan comes together!

Yeah, it’s a carrabbas. You get exactly what you get at any carrabbas. Nothing more, nothing less.

Used to be a great restaurant, chicken Bryan and chicken piccata were my favorites. The house italian was really good. Chain wide changes to menu forces you to buy things a la carte and the portions are smaller

I met the nicest waiter tonight in you establishment his name was Adam. Not only was he very helpful with the menu, he assisted us with the area, and was probably the most personable waiter I ever came across. Thank you for having the foresight when hiring him

All on point to a «T» minus, the Johnny Rocco salad greens. Just romaine no spring. Services to a «T» Kudos to Brandon!

Ate here tonight … food is Fabulous… Sirloin Marsala Awesome … my biggest complaint its way to LOUD !?! It is so loud in there they sat us near the kitchen and there was so much noise and plate clanging, the racket was horrible… its hard to have a romantic dinner with your spouse when you have to shout at them and hold your ears closed at moments of the meal

We went there today me and my wife and son and about half way eating a delicious meal we saw a German cockroach running back and forward and after that we loose the appetite this kind of roaches rarely come out during the day I’ll bet anyone if they go at night when there active you’ll won’t believe how infested this place is please don’t go there just imagine those roaches on top of the dishes !!
The manager told us that we didn’t have to pay the bill but still not coming back to this place again

Love Italian and this place does not do it for me. 20 minute wait time actually took 50. Party of 6 got a variety of dishes, reviews were split ⁵⁰⁄₅₀. Did enjoy the bread and olive oil.
Waitress accidentally spilled one of our glasses of sangria and brought us a new glass of ice and fruit… no sangria saying that it was almost empty anyway… really??? That’s why it took 3 dinner napkins and her returning with a rag to clean up.
My 3^rd try at this chain and my last.

This is your run of the mill chain restaurant, but they are always slammed! Call ahead to put your name on the seating list to avoid the black Friday sale chaos. Food is adequate, and service is fair. You get what you pay for here.

Service is fast, but as good as it can be in this high turnover place. We have eaten here numerous times and except for this most recent visit have never been disappointed.
I had the chicken parm and my wife had one of their specialty chicken dishes. My dish didn’t seem prepared completely, however my wife’s was fine.
The blackberry sangria is my wife’s favorite, but I couldn’t taste any wine in it. Seemed to be mostly juice.
I asked for wine vinegar and oil for my salad and they brought me balsamic instead. When I pointed it out I was told they don’t have wine vinegar, what?
Anyway, overall it’s a good meal at a good price.

I’m sorry to have to say this, but Carabbas is better than most Italian restaurants that are supposed to be authentic in the area I live in, and cheaper. Sorry, but it’s true. I always leave happy, never disappointed. Chicken Bryan with Cavatappi pasta is my favorite. Love the goat cheese, sundried tomatoes and basil on top! Yum. Good Tiramisu and Sangrias are really good here. I always add a shot of Brandy in mine

The food mostly very good. So is the service. Portions and pricing is also in line. But this is the
Noisiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. And unfortunately that ruins for me. If I ever eat here again it will be carry out

Italienisches Restaurant, sehr gutes Essen. Der Service ist auch sehr gut, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Das Restaurant ist an einer Hauptstraße.
