We love mission BBQ! We’ve been a handful of times and were never disappointed. The pulled pork and brisket are phenomenal, and I love having so many BBQ sauce options. Their Mac and cheese is pretty good as well. We used Mission BBQ catering for a recent party and everything was perfect –except they forgot to deliver the drinks we ordered! I called a few days later and the manager handled the situation very professionally and apologetically, then made it right by mailing us a gift card for our next meal on them. I have been pleased with the customer service, both in the store and on the phone.

We were looking for a quick service restaurant near Hammond Stadium as my FIL and I were headed to a Twins/Red Sox game. This place really fit the bill. The food is good and service is quick and friendly. In fact, when I went up to get our food, one of the managers(maybe the owner) gave us a quick overview of the 6 sauces at our table and a story on how they cook their meat in their smokers.

One of my restaurant GMs told me the secret to a «great kitchen» is being as good at the end of the day as you are at your peak and vice versa… We went for dinner at 8pm, empty restaurant. and shortly learned why. We ordered the three meat«platter» to share. The sausage(yum!!!), brisket(was ok) and pulled pork might as well have been shredded shoe laces… The brisket was so crumbly you couldn’t even pick it up with a fork. The pulled shoe lace was a hybrid of dried out pork and was probably ok at best around 5pm. Sauces were lack luster, no better than the stuff from the store :/sorry. BUT!!! The service was absolutely outstanding!!! The counter folks, the table staff… super happy, friendly, and polite! Overall, the guy who said Mission BBQ is a barbecue McDonalds was spot on.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve eaten here numerous times, and the food is phenomenal as well as the service. Everything is fresh, moist and tender. The prices are a little higher here than some of the other BBQ places I frequent, but I don’t mind because you get great quality food. I love BBQ and they have the best pulled pork in town by far. They have a variety of sauces to try with your meal as well, including zesty, spicy and sweet flavors. They have fresh-made tea and lemonade, which is really refreshing on a hot day. It’s also nice that the whole theme of the restaurant is making a point to support our troops and military. I have no complaints, but the only thing I will point out is that you have to order your food at the counter, it isn’t served to your table. I will continue to frequent this delightful place!

Basically a bbq mcdonalds . Walk in order your bbq/drink and sit down. Ordered pull pork sandwich and mac. food was served quickly and cashier was nice. Taste of the bbq was meh and choices of sauces were mostly vinegar based… Decent meal

Good bbq, the jalapeño chedder sausage is yummy. The mac and cheese is pretty good. My husband gets the pulled pork and it pretty good. The smoky mountain sause is good but i wish they had a sweet Kansas City style sauce. The Alabama white sauce was very good! A bit pricey, but good. I wish they would keep the corn on the cobb on thd menu.

Beef brisket was some of the best I have ever enjoyed. They throw some meat into the green beans which just makes you salivate over them. I would highly recommend stopping in here for their BBQ — — - you won’t be disappointed.

Not the best BBQ I have ever had, but very, very good. The staff is quick and friendly so be ready. They offer a array of sauces and awesome sides. I had the Baked Beans and Mac & cheese, both great. If in the area it’s a must try. :)

We came for dinner last night, very hopeful for a good meal. Great layout and set up, spotless and fun. The food just disappointed. Brisket was a miss; half of my order was pure fat and needed to be cut away. Old 41 sausage was OK. Macaroni and cheese and corn bread were a little better. Service was cheerful, upbeat and fast, but the server tried to clear our trays twice before we were finished and we felt very rushed, even though we were there only 45 minutes and the restaurant was not full.

When in southwest Florida I always make it a «MISSION» to find a great BBQ places. Found this place while driving around and saw this Huge truck(see pic) googled and Unilocaled it! So we went! Very simple menu with all the goods, brisket sausage, ribs and yumm Mac and cheese, service, Amber the cashier went easy on us and explained it all. and we for it! The meats, sauces and sides are tasty… the décor very patriotic. the manager was very informative(did not catch her name. But Nana got a new friend) Thank you for your food and what you do for our service men/women. Will be back again when in town but if you make it to Orlando would be even better!! Oorah!!! Ps the men’s room is awesome see pics below!!! Thanks again! And God bless America !

WOW… First time here my daughter and I each ordered 10 Bone XXL rib combo. This food far exceeded our expectations. The ribs were hot, fresh out of the smoker and tender. We expected individually cut ribs, semi dry and got two half racks each of the most tender, smoked ribs of our lives! We waited all of 4 minutes for our food. I was shocked when I picked up our order at the counter the gentleman explained the sauces, and a few other things I ignored while I stared at my food like the Homecoming Queen. The sides we tried were Mac cheese great. Cheesy potatoes great. Slaw great. Six + sauces to close from across the BBQ spectrum. Nice theme too. Highly recommend. Prices are exceptionally good too. Very clean. Will visit again next time we travel to FM. Hats off to the establishment for honoring Military Veterans and First Responders as we all should!

Neat place, clean and great service. Overall we really enjoyed the food. We will try this place again, but I did have two complaints. First, both the pulled pork and green beans were too salty. My opinion, but it was confirmed when my wife never touched the salt shaker. The other issue is that the menu board is a little confusing requiring multiple explanations from the order takers. Thanks for honoring vets and first responders. I will come back.

Taste of food 3, Service 5, Guest experience 5, menu choices 5, price point 4 First time in, service is not table service but they make the most out of their level of service and incredibly friendly. I found the dry rub ribs a bit dry, prefer more moist. Fries fresh, all other items good. Quick food type of atmosphere but good in a pinch. Rib City tough to beat on ribs.

2 people -$ 28.00 with wounded warrior cups @$ 3.99 ea. Pulled chicken was delicious. Brisket sandwich was the same. Mac & cheese and cheesie taters were good. Sweet tea wasn’t! I’m surprised at the reviews of the sauce. 6 to choose from. Order at right rear of store and they call ur name. Booths and tables to choose from. Outside seating with smokers too. Yup! I’ll go back. almost forgot, bring the cups back in and get $ 1.00 off next meal.

Well, we have a taste for BBQ last week. For an early dinner we went to Mission BBQ. First the ambiance. The theme obviously is dedicated to the military service staff. It is unique and I appreciated they did that. You order your selection and pick it a few minutes later. The food is served over paper holding it with a small baking tray. I had the meat sample, brisket, pulled pork and Jalapeño and cheese Sausage. My better half had the brisket. Our side are baked bean, cold slaw, and Mac-N-Cheese with corn bread. I was surprised to find that the smoked brisket was moist and tasty. The Pulled Pork was good and the Jalapeño and cheese Sausage has an extra kick. The only complaint I have is that the sausage casing is a little tough. Wife enjoyed her brisket and immediately proclaimed this is the best brisket in Fort Myers! She loved the Mac-N-Cheese as well! A great selection of sauce. I tried their Memphis Belle, Smoky Mountain, Texas Twang, KC classic, Bay-B-Que and Tupelo Honey Heat. The cold slaw was excellent but the baked bean is little on the smoky side. I think smoked brisket were used in the bean. Over all, an excellent place for BBQ! We will be back again and again!

I can be a bit picky about my BBQ, being from TN and living for years in Alabama I have enjoyed some amazing barbecue in my life. So I am usually not majorly impressed… but this place gets a solid rating from me because not only was all the food we tried on par with my expectations but the service was great, the atmosphere was great and just the overall set up was one I like, perfect for families. It is the«order at the counter» and they call your name kind of place. Which I don’t always like but it works for this place really well. The picnic tables and over sized booths crete a great BBQ scene/dining experience. Tea was delicious(another think I am particular on). And the selection of BBQ sauces at the table provides sauce styles from all over the country. The Memphis sauce is no surprise, my favorite! We tried a variety of menu items because my husband got the sampler plate which had a small portion of the turkey, pork and chicken. Plus two sides: mac & cheese, coleslaw with corn bread. I ordered the garden salad with pulled chicken added to it. My son wanted mac & cheese and fries. The fries are the yummy freshly peeled type with the salt that has a bit of a spice to it. We also snagged one of the thick brownies that sits by the register. Wow the brownie was amazing. For the type of restaurant this is, we were impressed. We will be back! fyi– they also cater.

1st time in… Brisket Sandwich was good. Bread was soft but fell apart. Could not find a BBQ sauce that I liked. Looking forward to my next visit to try a few more items. Also had Baked Beans… seemed to much like a can of baked beans with a few pieces of brisket thrown in. 2nd side I picked Green Beans-Very tasty All food served hot and fast, staff was friendly and helpful. Straws and other condiments are stored in a working toolbox, it looked nice but I don’t like having to touch something 1000 people touch just to get a straw or salt/pepper. It’s no 4Rivers BBQ…4Rivers please come south!!!

Well here is my 2 cents on the food. I had a 3 meat,(brisket, pulled pork and sausage) combo with tater salad. 14 bucks –salad 2 something… First the good stuff. I thought the potato salad was very good. Big chunks of properly cooked potatoes easy on the mayo and a bit of hot pepper just enough for flavor. The sausage with cheese and jalapenos. Just spicy enough and the cheese gave good texture. Though the casing was a bit tough. But it was down hill from there. The brisket fell apart and was not tasty. The pork was too dry and salty. Corn bread just bad. What up with the sauces. They are all too thin and sour tasting. If you want good sauce go to ***mart and get the house brand or the Bull***. Mission stuff just bad. I have been here for over 3 years. I cannot figure out why SW Floridian flock to such mediocre or bad bbq /eateries. It was 1245pm and a friday. The place was crowded with folks. Plus a small line at the order counter. This is the south I am told there is good food here and good bbq. This area does not support that assumption. Then again, when I am in traffic, say a 2 lane westbound lanes at a traffic signal., There is 8 – 10 cars in one lane and the other lane is EMPTY. Why the frack are these morons playing follow the leader ??? But I should be thankful for that situation… I am not a sheep and I have great common sense and the knack for outstanding food. So it is my mission, wink wink, in life to ferret out the good places and pass it along. There are better places off in the area for good bbq. Seek them out!!!

Overrated by a mile! 6 horrible barbecue sauces to choose from. They smoke their meat for 12 hours. The sausage was good. The pulled pork was ok but thumbs down on the fatty brisket and unique smokey baby back ribs. Canned green beans and uneventful baked beans round it out. I forgot the flavorless corn bread. On the bright side they didnt ruin the fries. This is a franchise with about 10 restaurants on the east coast. I wont be back. I dont know how other Unilocalers gave it 5 stars. I am being generous with 3. You order at the front; no wait staff.
