Needed new cookware and decided to browse here. Liz was super helpful with educating us on the myriad of choices. Appreciated that she wasn’t pushy, at all. Just friendly and informative. They had a promotion that resulted in a really good price on a set. Plus a nice gift with purchase deal. Very pleased.

back in the day i stayed in this place. it’s expensive but the quality is good. i head straight to the clearance table for the best deals on appliances, gadgets, knives, cookware, cookbooks, etc. otherwise i would not purchase much from this store because of the prices. but, i have been shopping at William-Sonoma for years so am pretty well stocked.

Worst customer service ever. I will be shopping at another location from now on. I was shocked at the level of rudeness from their associates. Snide comments do not belong in customer service. I love Williams Sonoma but this location is the worst for service I have been to across the country.

rude rude rude employees!!! Their customer service is so terrible. They were nicer to each other as they were chatter about their day. Then went back into«bitch» mode when they were asked to help find something.

I love William-Sonoma! For a culinary student the chef discount helps out alot for the student on a budget. This location customer service leaves much to be desired. I shop at William-Sonoma often with my discount. This location gave me a hard-time about my student id for my chef discount, their reason for it was it did not say«culinary student» on my id. I’m just going to send my business to the preston location in Plano, those ladies are super nice.

Okay, first off, this entry is wrong, because it’s supposed to be Williams-Sonoma. :) We got a very expensive knife set from W-S for our wedding, and since we already had nice knives, we took it back for store credit. Fast forward several months later we finally got around to spending that credit. I really had to choke back my sticker shock in this place. It’s insanely over priced. I kept thinking of all the places I could get the same thing for cheaper. However, it’s free money, right? I have to say, both times we went into this store the service was really wonderful. When we bought our loot, the check out woman was extremely helpful and did a wonderful job wrapping and bagging our items. But, I guess the good service is to help wash down the high prices. They have all sorts of mixes and kits and what not as well. Target has a line of Riedel glassware, which is the same brand they sell at W-S. Granted, it is no doubt a slightly lower quality, however, it’s half the price or less.
