Excellent store and furniture quality. If you are looking for ideas, their interior designers will work with you without a fee. Their service is excellent but low key. And they can be very busy at times so it can help to schedule an appointment with them in advance.

great furniture. Unfortunately, the staff in the store refuse to acknowledge their customers. The staff walk around the store with their eyes glued to ipads. I love the RH décor and have spent plenty of pesos making online rh purchases. I simply wish RH valued customer service enough to make in store shopping a pleasurable experience. #rudecustomerservice

I love the stuff in this store and have been back a number of times over the last two or three years. I only have shopped at this location, but to be honest, I have come to view it as a showroom where you will be left entirely alone to roam at will, which I like, but I jest, because sometimes, it would be nice to get some help or at least be acknowledged. I noticed that everything is done in twos, two lamps, two this, two that, and that’s cute and feng-shui’ish, but in a way, it struck me as subliminal messaging because I noticed only couples were being helped. I am single, and I have yet to be helped in the store. Over two years now, yet to be helped. Maybe it is subliminal! But you know what, I can order online, that’s fine. And the one time I wanted to see something, after waiting an eternity for someone, they didn’t have it anyway, so whatever. So, in the end, it’s a beautiful showroom, but when I am ready to buy or have questions, online I go!

I live blocks from the RH in Dallas on Knox, but if you want great service along with the great experience of an RH gallery, make the drive up to this RH at Willow Bend. The staff at the Willow Bend store is 100x more knowledgeable and 200x times friendlier than their fellow RH associates at the Knox St gallery.

The stuff in here is GORGEOUS! I love browsing through their store because they have great displays for your bedroom, office, bath, etc. I definitely like this place over Z Gallerie because it’s not so flashy with metallics and shiny objects. It’s more subtle in that a lot of their furniture is made out of wood and the colors are not bright and shiny. Their look is very classy and modern, I would definitely decorate my place with all their stuff if I could. Unfortunately, the prices do not allow me to do so :(Oh well, a girl can only dream!
