Been going to this Whataburger since I started working up here in Frisco.
Service and food quality are consistent.
Sometimes it gets crazy during lunch and dinner times, but what super popular fast food joints aren’t?
This is a Whataburger, so its good food, don’t have issues with this one like I do with the one near where I live in Plano.
I love me some Whataburger.

The food at this location is not bad (that is why they at least got one star) what is the challenge is getting the right food… This stems from the employees at this location not being able to understand or speak English… I work in high tech so understanding broken English is not the issue here. It is a true lack of understanding and speaking the primary language of its customer base.

The manager is always rude to me when I go to this location. The last time I went in at midnight after getting off work, it was packed with high school kids. He would wait their tables and be courteous to them; however, he was really rude to me and would ignore my existence. I would have forgiven this experience, but similar problems happened every time I would go to this location.

I’m writing this from the drive through. We’ve been in line for a good half an hour. Is it the lunch rush? No. The dinner rush? No. It’s 10:54pm. Unless everyone is ordering 100 burgers at a time, a DM or GM needs to get their booty on over to this location and have a discussion on efficiency. I’m already going to assume my order will be wrong. Boo-​urns!

0 apology. 0 customer service from the GM. Check your order before you leave the drive-​thru! Especially, if it’s pouring rain outside… I had to turn around and go back inside to get my order. Luckily, they hadn’t given it to someone else. Manager could’ve cared less.

Never had issues at this Whataburger. Food is always fresh (for fast food) and hot. Everyone is friendly too. Sure you have to wait longer, but that is to be expected at really any Whataburger…

I’ve never had a problem with my order here. As with all Whataburgers service is a bit slower than you will find at other Fast Food Joints, but the fresh food is worth the wait.

The best burger in Frisco, hands down, order is always correct, service is very good at anytime of the day. It may take a few minutes to get your food but it’s made to order and worth the wait. Excellent price for a fresh and hot burger.

I stopped here about 3AM to get a burger & some onion rings from the drive thru. While the food was good it took 15 minutes sitting in line to get it. I won’t be going back.

Awful service. Manger was screaming at employee’s. Order was wrong for three people while I waited. My order was wrong so that makes 4 orders in 15 minutes wrong.

Ordered through the drive thru and waited on the slow staff for my food. After getting home, I opened my burger to find a FLY in it! I called up the manager and he said I would not be able to get a refund but he would be happy to make me another burger!!! NO THANK YOU! I told him that «im sorry» would go a long way and he replies, «I am not going to say sorry for something I did not do intently». WOW! Gross and rude! NEVER returning again!

My family and I decided to give the place a second try after the first try being «not so great» we waited at the counter while the cashier was speaking to two of his friends (young kids, HS) after he was finally finished with his conversation one of the friends (non employee) turns to us and says if you want burgers they don’t have any, we laughed thinking the kid was joking. He rudely said «ummm no I’m serious» I asked the cashier what was up and he said «oh, yea grills down» well gee kid thanks for telling us 5 min ago while you were talking to your friends! 2 bad exp and were done.

Product as I remember. But the onion rings were really good. It’s a chain so you won’t ever be disappointed as the product is very consistent. Support TX based companies! Stay away from Wendy’s and the golden arches.

I’m not as emphatic about the burgers as the name of this place suggests I should be, but I do think they are good and eat here from time to time. They burgers are a classic style, just bigger. Nothing really notable about them except the size.
I don’t like the slowness of the place though. With two lines one would think it would be faster. The two lines sort of look like a parking lot since nobody is moving.

Wow– I was disappointed! The burger wasn’t what I have come to expect from my favorite burger chain in the metromess. I was expecting a classic whataburger– but the lettuce was the huge, thick part, the mustard was unually heavy (I’m a Texan, so I prefer mustard– this was overdone).
The fries were soggy and we both felt like it was a real miss for a Whataburger– I’ll give them a second shot sometime, but I was disappointed.
