Starbucks

I’m not a drive thru person, so that’s never a problem. Grab a pastry and a drink inside, then… slow down… Sit and relax for a few minutes. Enjoy yourself. Let somebody else be in a hurry. And they never get my order wrong. Thanks guys!

By far the SLOWEST Starbucks. You end up waiting g at least 15 – 20 minutes in the drive thru. Super irritating when in a rush to pick up your kid. Notorious for getting orders wrong as well

I’ve been in this Starbuck several times because it’s close to home. The staff are so chit-​chatty and talk so loudly about their inane 20 year-​old lives. I think they’re using their outdoor voices because of the the coffee machines whistling and grinding back there, but come on! This environment is for your guests, not your afterschool special. Who is the manager and why does s/​he allow this? Or maybe s/he’s one of them? Ugh. Someone with some authority needs to calm this playground down.

Wow! What can I say?! It was like a scene from a bad movie. Absolutely no life pumping into these workers here tonight! No customer service, lack of personalities. No «welcome», no upsell?! I had to give my order because the girl working didn’t even ask me. awkard, as we stood staring at each other for a moment. The place was filthy! Apparently it’s okay to bring food from other places, as we watched the man in corner eating his fries from a Wendy’s sack not to mention the popcorn thrown all over the floor. As I’m waiting for my drink, it was hard not to notice or HEAR the guy making my drink was nonchalantly socializing on his head piece as if it was his own personal cell phone. Just yacking it up! Didn’t even get a thank you as I picked up my finally ready drink. I’ll drive a little further next time to get a nice hot tea and a pulse.

Place reminds me too much of Frisco… oh, wait, it is in Frisco! My bad!

I’m writing this review at 6am partly because it’s early and I’m annoyed that I don’t have a coffee in my hand. This Starbucks always runs out of drinks! My boyfriend and I always order an iced Coldbrew with Splenda as a part of our morning routine. I can’t even tell you how many times this location has run out of it. My second favorite drink on the menu is the Mango Iced Tea… low and behold, they are also «out of mango.»
Who does the ordering here and why are they still in charge of it after doing such a poor job?
I’ve never been to a Starbucks that had a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance of getting what you want. Isn’t that the point of going to Starbucks? The coffee is just okay, but at least you know exactly what you’re getting.
One last thing, the employees don’t seem to care about the quality of every cup. When I ask for lots of ice, my tea is lukewarm with a few cubes on top. When I ask for a couple of ice cubes, my entire cup is filled.

Normally, we like Starbucks, but the service in this one is awful, and the coffee tasted bland. Also, when I asked her remake my coffee, she made the exact same one as last time. It didn’t help that she was very rude as well, and she wouldn’t at least acknowledge me. Stay away from this Starbucks.

This is the worse Starbucks next to Southlake, both are run by a bunch of incompetent employees which rather hang out and talk about what they did the night before rather and take orders or actual correct orders. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to go back inside after they screwed it up, then wait while they finish their conversation with a fellow comrade to get them to fix their mistake. Once in a while I understand, but from now on I’ll go somewhere else.

I love this location. Everyone is usually very friendly and accommodating, exactly what I expect from Starbucks but sometimes so not get at other locations.

Drive-​thru line was a bit slow for 12:30p on a Tuesday afternoon; however, once I got to the window, my drink was ready and I didn’t have to wait. The barista was really polite & friendly, which is always appreciated.
I’ve been on a Cold Brew kick for several months and was excited for Starbucks to introduce it to their menu. When my go-​to places are closed, I can now rely on the ‘Bucks to fill the gap. With that said, I find that each Cold Brew I order here is always different. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. I’m sure it’s just operator-​error, because it’s always deliciously the same when I order at my stand-​by Mo’ Joe A Go-​Go.

Just waited in the drive thru line for twenty minutes just for them to tell me they were out of what I ordered once I got to the window. Really??? They couldn’t have told me when I ordered it? Wish I could give them ZERO stars right now!

It’s the one I regularly go for hot chocolate. It’s really quite place usually. But sometimes it’s over crowded. The people working there are moderate… sometimes they wish us sometimes they do not. Not that I am complaining but just the situation there

17 minutes for a cup of coffee in the drive thru… The slowest Starbucks ever! When I asked the gal what the issue was she reaso des with «it was only eight minutes» agreed — eight minutes from the time she took my order to get my now Luke warm coffee… Only 3 cars in front of me.

Smaller store than normal size, always tons of people using the free wifi, friendly staff, this trip only the garbage can was overflowing and the supply stand was strapped, all other times this was never an issue

Verify the drink is correct. They mess mine up about 60% of the time. BTW, the store is filthy.

This location is probably one of my favorites. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve always been met with friendly and helpful faces. I’m not a difficult Starbuckser, lol. but my drinks are always on point to my liking. There is plentiful seating, in and outside and the location is great. I definitely prefer it over the other Starbucks location further south on Preston. That one is a whole ‘nother story.

Waited in drive thru for almost 20 min. At window, tell barista I have a free reward on my card. She says «hold on a second» while she takes another order … comes back, scans my card and says «oh, sorry I forgot to scan your free reward… you’ll just have to pay the $$ this time… Huh? Seriously! What a joke…
I go here all the time on weekdays and the staff seems top notch and on point… I guess they really drop their standards on Sat afternoons…
