Got coffee twice and both times it was cold. Third time they brewed fresh pot then it was hot. At least this location will give you napkins main and reel location will mess your order up and then not give or offer any napkins.

The customer service here is terrible. They got my drive thru order wrong and when I went back a few minutes later (after checking it) they couldn’t care less. I won’t get my donuts at this location ever again.

This is a standard Dunkin Donuts, there is nothing noteworthy. We had two issues which caused the low rating.
First, they were out of eggs… at 8am in the morning. It is rather poor management to not have a key ingredient which goes into over a half a dozen menu items.
The staff were generally aloof and disinterested, not rude per se, but not friendly either. We had to correct our order multiple times as the cashier was either not paying attention or just simply did not care.

I’m on Preston Rd. more than I’d like to admit, so having this convenient new Dunkin’ location is a blessing in my book. It’s a little small inside and their menu is a bit limited when compared to other locations’. However, the drive-​thru is easy to get to, so you don’t have to waste time parking. They make a mean Iced Coffee, probably the best one I’ve had at any DD in the metroplex!
