Absolutely horrible restaurant. Since its opening, it’s been full of goof-offs who don’t take customer service seriously at all. It’s a joke that nearly every time I go, they bring me out the wrong pizza or forgot to cook what I ordered. Yet, the kids working there hang around the bar, laughing, goofing off, leaving customers with no refills on drinks. Clearly, this is a shared belief as nearly every person who has rated this place feels the same way. I point-blank asked a server what the deal was. He seemed the feel bad that the reputation of this place was SO poor. They are, in turns out, closing the restaurant and reopening a pick-up/delivery-only by the Target down the road. Such a wasted opportunity. Pizza Hut is a great brand and a sports bar version is a fantastic idea. I’ve come more often than I wanted just because the concept was so strong. The franchise company that owns this location(and will own the future one by Target) just has NO clue how to run a restaurant(s). They should have their franchise pulled. They’ve destroyed the Pizza Hut name in this area.

Service sucks. Takes forever to get seated. Takes forever for them to take drink orders. Takes forever to get your drinks. Takes forever for them to get around to taking your order. They are moving in a month or so. Maybe things will improve. We will wait and see.

My family and I come here because it’s quick and happy hour drinks are cheap, but the service has ALWAYS been terrible. Today, however, our server was Victor. Victor was a pleasant surprise, very attentive, friendly, fast, and knowledgable. He was also an adult, rather than the 16 – 17 year old servers we usually get. Even though the bar was being remodeled, this was the first time I would rate this Pizza Hut over two stars. Glad we finally had a good experience here!

Awful! Ordered a pizza at 4 pm for a 6:15 delivery. Got there at 6:15 and they told me it would be a couple of minutes. I waited 10minutes before someone came back to me with no pizza. They said it would be another 20 minutes. I didn’t have time to wait so I asked for a refund, which immediately prompted two of the teen girls to roll their eyes at me. Finally got a refund after 10 more minutes. Biggest waste of my time. There is no adult working in this place. Its a bunch of immature teens constantly on their cell phones. Don’t waste your time on this place!

They need to get an adult working in this place. Tables and floors were gross! Left over food and sticky. Finally found a clean table which wasn’t easy to do and then it took the teenager forever to bring our drinks. Pizza finally arrived, wrong of course but by that time we just ate what we got. I have no idea who this place stays in business. Will never be back! Too many good places in frisco or mckinney to eat.

Bad experience — salads were filled with rust lettuce and chunks of lettuce core and the tomatoes tasted like they had been cut a week ago. We actually had to call the manager over and show her and ask to take it off — she did but any respectful place would have covered the whole bill. It was only a medium pizza. We came for lunch — me + 4 kids. I got the buffet and the kids all got personal pan pizzas. It took over 30 minutes for the kids to get their food. 30 minutes. The buffet is the biggest joke ever. I ordered it because I wanted some salad, but there was NO salad in sight. Apparently, you have to ask for a salad and they bring one to you. There was no signage for this, anywhere. Through our visit, there might have been a total of 5 various pizzas put out, and that is all the buffet will hold. Service was lacking and our server seemed confused and was a bit awkward when questioned about the kids’ food and our drinks. I had some coupons for free personal pans pizzas and he seemed equally clueless about what to do with the coupons. Upon receipt, I tipped a huge amount, solely based on our discounts. But, this confused our server too because since I didn’t write the tip amount in, I just totaled it, he asked a couple of times if I needed cash back. I said no, and he then mentioned there was no tip written in. Do the math. We will never come back to this location. Terrible.

I’m really not even sure 1 star is legitimate. We came in for dinner last Saturday night. There were only 3 tables full. All of the tables in the bar area were dirty and needed cleaned. The bathroom was dirty and trash an overflowing. There were drinks spilled on floor and my husband had to ask them to clean that up. We finally got our drinks and ordered our food. It took forever for 2 pizzas and bowl of pasta. We had some friends join us — they ordered pizza, pasta and breadsticks. Our pizza was ok. They kept forgetting to bring ranch, napkins, and water refills. They totally forgot my husband’s pasta — when they finally brought it out — it was burnt & greasy. Our friend’s pasta was forgotten also and after 45 minutes they got their order. Lots of staff standing around. We will NOT be back.

We stopped for dinner after having a long day at the ER and no lunch. Our server was really great but the wings, the little drumstick pieces, were not cooked through. They were raw. We of course complained and they did send out a new order… NODRUMSTICKPIECES. We also had to wait a long time for our second drink order as we watched servers walk right by them until our server finally got them for us. The server told us they get a lot of complaints of undercooked wings… gee u wud think the manager wud do something to fix that. We saw them take charges off at least 2 orders while we were there… losing money at that place for sure! And customers!

I should have read the online reviews about this location before going in. The pizza was good but the service was terrible. It was a Friday night and the place was empty(first bad sign). With so few people in there you would think we would have seen our waiter more often but he would disappear for 20 minutes at a time. It took 45 minutes to get our pizza but then they messed up the order. Then it took 20 minutes to get it back out. Then it took 20 minutes to get the check. Go to a different location and check the reviews before choosing.

HORRiBLE!!! After our last visit I swore I would never come back. Never say never… gave them another shot today! Wish I hadn’t. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks. When our food came out it was only ½ of what we ordered. The food was disgusting. This place needs to hire some management! Now I can say never! I will NEVER return!!!

We were tempted by a pic we saw on Facebook and decided to order a large stuffed crust pizza for the big game today. Although the pizza looks delicious, it tastes terrible… soggy crust, way too buttery and saucy. The service was good, lady who took our order on the phone was very nice, so I’m adding a star for that. Jets is WAYBETTER pizza if you like deep dish. If you like thinner pizza, try Palio’s or Brooklyn’s…all three also deliver!

This place just doesn’t care. There is two employees there that actually work and understand the principal of good service equals good tips. Unfortunately neither is in management. The bathroom is always dirty, constantly out of hand towels. The tables and chairs have food on them every time I visited. I’ve witnessed employees not wash their hands after going to the bathroom, spit on the dining room floor, and pick their nose while pouring drinks. If your looking for a place with cold cheap beer and feces on your pizza, you’ve arrived. There’s one employee there that hates her life. If you still can’t resist this dump, don’t sit in the chubby girl’s section. She’s the worst of them, and that’s really saying something.

This place just really doesn’t do it for me. I have been to this location twice now and the second trip prove to be nothing better. I find the restaurant dirty and the food mediocre. Yes, I know its only bar food but serving overdone chicken strips, a Cesar salad without cheese or croutons(yes just lettuce and a few chicken pieces on top), and pizza that is undercooked is just not cool and it certainly will not make me return. I will however say that our waitress was pretty on top of things in terms of our beers never being empty and our water glasses always filled to the brim. If you are looking for a place to watch the game — go to Burger Girl or another option down in the Square.

The real score would have been less than 1 star if available… AVOIDTHISPLACE! 5 of my friends and I thought we’d give this Pizza Hut a try in our lunch rotation. I figured it had to be one of the best since it’s next to their name-sake park… should have known by the empty parking lot what we were in store for… We arrived at 11:45am(«buffet» supposedly started at 11:30) and there was 3 pieces of tired pizza… we were ‘waited’ on by Shaun, who was clearly was not interested in working… since there wasn’t any pizza after 10 minutes, i told her it would be best if she just took our requests, 2 simple pizzas(double pepperoni — thin & meatlovers)… 20 mins later, there is only 1 pizza brought out(mushroom & onion)… at any one time, there was no more than ½ a pizza available. Not only was the ‘buffet’ the worst in quality and supply(or lack there of), there was also no salad bar… After an hour, we gave up on ever seeing a pepperoni of any kind and asked for our checks… Shawn was clearly irritated that we wanted separate checks… wait, it gets better… we go to the cashier who was on the phone… and waited and waited and waited to pay for this miserable experience… The consensus from the lunch group was, by a long shot, the worst pizza buffet we’ve have ever been to… even Cici’s was a 1000x better and that food is just terrible… If you are looking for a better buffet in the Frisco area, go to GattiTown… and save yourself from this place that will be out of business very soon. Pizza Hut corporate, take note… cycle out this entire staff…
