The woman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable. She assessed my gait, listened to my needs and medical condition and provided useful insights about appropriate footwear in general and recommended a few shoe models. The shoe I ended up buying based upon her recommendation has proven to be a great shoe.

I recently bought shoes there and it was the best customer service I’ve had in over a year. Bree was extremely friendly and helpful. They measuring equipment exactly diagnosed my problems which has caused running pain. Loved this store and will never shop anywhere else again for shoes.

I’ve been a customer of this store since it opened in 2002 and I must say that I am a huge fan. The level of attention and dedication to the customer is second to none. Of all the times I’ve purchased at this store, most of the time it is from the same sales person, John. Considering that even the employees stay at the same store for that many years should also be an indication of how great the environment is.
Do yourself a favor– If you need running shoes or apparel, shop here you won’t regret it.
