So be prepare when you now shop there that you have to pay with cash or debit card using your pin! They will no longer take your credit card and do not care that it is the only form of payment.
It’s amazing how they are refusing payment methods!!!

5 stars for shoes selections. 1 – 2 stars for employees. This is 2^nd time I went and asked an employee for help. All I went to know if they can order particular shoes in wide… 2 employees kept looking at each other thinking who will help. 2^nd time it happened where they didn’t want to help. And they carried on with their own conversation… I wanted to call manager but thought why waste my time and energy.

Love Shopping here for my shoes I can always find what I’m looking for and for a good price.

I love DSW. They always have nice associates and good deals on shoes. It’s definitely my go-​to place for any kind of shoes/​boots/​sandals, etc…

So much variety at reasonable prices. I know I will find what I am looking for when I hit the doors. I usually check out the clearance rack first and then browse the neatly lined rows categorized by shoe style. Not much variety with the accessories but for shoes you almost can’t beat it. The staff are always so helpful, cheerful and fun. On my last visit Chelsea, Nikki and Meli made my day by helping find the perfect shoes to a dress that I was having difficulty with. I should have stopped here first and could have saved myself 2 hours.

My dad is a huge fan of DSW… and I think he passed on the «shoe lover» gene to me. I love browsing through the aisles of shoes, everything from athletic to stilettos and the $ 10 coupon I get in the mail as a rewards member is really the icing on the cake. The store is always organized, which is amazing considering the inventory they have to keep in stock. They have a ton of shoes on clearance with a range of additional discount that can be applied. I usually don’t have luck with the clearance rack (story of my life) but I still look anyways… just in case. DSW also has a wonderful return policy. There has been at least one or two times where I’ve bought a pair of shoes that ends up being super uncomfortable and they allow me to return it, even if it’s been worn. This is a HUGE selling point for me because, in the past, I’ve bought shoes from other department stores and regardless of comfort level, had to keep them which was a total waste of money in the end. I love this store and I’m definitely a customer for life!

I usually go in here when I’m looking for something specific. But how I am going to ever find it when I have 1000’s of shoes to choose from, and about 300 that actually match my specific description?! Oh boy! This is shoe heaven. Even if you go back to the clearance section, you’ll find some discounted brand name shoes that are very reasonably priced. They may just be an older style, but unless your a shoe expert, who knows! I haven’t really encountered any friendly employees though, they all seem to be in their own little shoe world. You know when you walk down an aisle and there’s an employee there. they’ll hopefully ask you if you need help finding anything? Yeah, that doesn’t happen here. But I can’t possibly give a place with this many shoes less than 4 stars!

I hit this place up allll the time. You can really find some great deals, or you can go in for a splurge. I like that they have everything from Mootsie-​Tootsie to Gucci and Coach. The store is always clean an organized, and I’ve never had trouble finding my size. My one and only complain here would be that no matter what time of a year it is… it’s allllways hot in there.

Good selection at this location and the employees are very nice.

Great shoes can be found here. Just skip the front and walk to the back where several aisles of clearance shoes can be found.

This is a pretty good sized store with a healthy clearance section, unfortunately they seem to be out of a lot of the most popular sizes and this causes you to have to drive all over DFW to go to other DSWs and find the shoe you want (if they carry it). I did think that there were more «young» and «trendy» styles at this location than at others in the DFW area and it might be because of it’s location near all the fancy shopping of Stonebriar.
Definitely worth a stop if you’re shoe shopping but be prepared to have to go somewhere else!

I checked out this DSW location today after work. This is probably one of my favorite DSW’s! The store is massive and very organized. They have a huge clearance section, although I didn’t have time to check out the selection. I was pretty much in and out in 15 minutes. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful (unlike the DSW @ the Willow Bend Mall). I will go back! =)

This DSW is not as good as the one near Collin Creek Mall. I have a feeling because it’s close to Stonebriar and in that shopping mecca that is Frisco, that all its sale and clearance items have been too picked over. Head on over to Collin Creek; that one has better selection.
