This 5 star rating is based on my experience for my child’s FANTASTIC6th birthday party! As soon as we arrived, our party coordinator, Alex, was there to warmly welcome us. Throughout the entire party, she was so sweet, attentive, and helpful! She periodically checked with my my husband and me to ensure that we were fully satisfied with our event there. We had contemplated on hosting this event at our home, at Main Event, and several other venues until we finally decided on Jump! Zone. We had to take into consideration that there would be children between the ages of 2 — 6, both boys and girls. This place was perfect! The younger toddlers had so much fun in the smaller bounce houses, the girls chased each other in the larger ones, and the boys had an array of arcade games to play from. We had a private party room for the entire duration of the party. Our guests would intermittently grab refreshments or sit and relax in there as the children played. The pizza was surprisingly good and they actually baked it there! This venue is nice enough that they allowed me to bring in my own cupcakes, drinks, and goody bags. Alex was so sweet! She asked me which color plates I wanted, which pizzas to give to each child, if she should pass out the goody bags, etc. Whenever I insisted on passing anything out to my guests, she would politely try to encourage me to relax, while she did everything and anything to assist my guests. She was so respectful that when a child asked for more pizza, she asked for my consent. Our party coordinator was amazing! Even after the party ended, although the room was cleared to make way for the next party reservation, they told us that we were all welcome to stay and play. They even gave us a stack of free jump passes for us and our guests! If you have younger children, between the ages of 2 — 8, I’d definitely recommend hosting a party here! Even the other parents wondered where we found this gem!

I was going to take my kids and their cousins here a while back and went to check it out. Here are my thoughts on this place. They have around five small bouncy houses and they want to charge $ 15 + per person including 2 year olds, which is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion. The staff was less than courteous as I asked to look around before bringing the kids in to play. For that reason as well as my opinion that you will not get your money’s worth here I would suggest that you save yourself some money and time and go somewhere else.

Apparently, I’m supposed to update my review on personal experience. Not sure what that entails being that I basically did. Not my favorite place. A little run down. 15.00 for a 4 year old to jump. Even with the games being free he rather jump only. Why do I have to be charged for unlimited play too? There was one guy, who worked the front desk who I LOVED. I haven’t seen him in awhile so I will not be back. Was more forgiving before they changed management, being that they had five dollar open jump until 3.
