Frisco Party Station

Terrible customer service, rude employees. Store is a dirty disorganized mess. Not to mention they nickel and dime you for everything. $ 30 in Balloons, want extra for the weight and trash bag ro transport them. I will not be back.

Overpriced and staffed by folks who really don’t know what is going on. My husband went to pick up a balloon order. There was no record of the order, no inflated balloons and no adults to speak to. So he had to pick a bunch of random ones. He even bought a big Mylar one that was deflated before the end of the day.
Save your money. Buy balloons elsewhere.

I ordered about 50 balloons for a party at Grovers Bar and Grill last week. They delivered on time and everything was as they said it would be. They had the colors I needed which party city did not have. They were all tied up and on the weights as promised. Only negative is the price. They were way more expensive than party city but it was worth it to have them delivered and set up. Saved me a ton of time. I could have probably haggled on the price. I would use them again for sure.

I was so excited to find that there was a place to go to in Frisco for party supplies, rather than having to drive out to Plano to go to Party City. This place was such a disappointment. The store looks like it is in a state of closing down… everything is in disarray, not very well organized, and barely stocked. You have to hunt and search for anything decent… rather than being able to walk through and have things catch your eye. The staff there spent most of their time talking to eachother and when I was waiting at the cashier stand in the front to pay out for the few things I did buy, no one even thought to redirect me to the balloon area where apparently they were checking out that day. This was with at least 3 employees walking by. I will gladly make the drive to find a store that is well stocked and layed out in a way that actually makes you want to buy something.

I came here because I needed a last second costume, but I definitely will not return based on how terrible my experience at this store was. I needed a costume same day and was in a rush because this was the only place close to me that was still open.
The layout and selection were fine. My concern was primarily with the service. I understand it can be difficult with crowds. However, I am utterly disappointed by how poorly the staff behaved. They were sold out of half the costumes, but couldn’t keep track of which ones. So, if you wanted to try one one, you had to keep sending someone to the back to check what they still had in store. 75% of the time, I would keep getting the answer, «I’m so sorry, we just sold the last one can I get you something else?» Okay, I get that it was probably busy and it might have happened a few times, but I wish they had a better way to organize the ones they had sold out. It was just such a waste of time to find a costume in your size that you wanted that they actually had in stock.
Fast-​forward thirty minutes, once I finally had a couple of costumes to try out, I was waiting in line. There was no one to monitor the dressing rooms and it was clearly obvious that one of the workers was tending to his friends before any «actual» costumers. There was a sign that clearly stated you had 7 minutes in the dressing room and could only try on 2 costumes. However, for a group of six girls or so, it wasn’t well enforced. The workers kept bringing them tons of costumes, taking pictures in their costume and wasting everyone’s time. They let this go on for twenty minutes until none of the girls ended up buying anything. I could go on complaining, but honestly:
TLDL: Terrible service, waste of time, only come here if you have no other choice.

I’ve only been here a couple times and I’ve had a decent experience each time. They have quite a bit to choose from, and I’ve actually found a few items here cheaper than Target or Walmart. But that is pretty rare since the store is overall pretty pricey. Service is pretty friendly and the place is never crowded. The store could definitely be better organized. I’ll most likely be back. unless they open a Party City in Frisco.

Ok. Best way to describe this place is the ghetto version of party city. It’s poorly stocked and the whole store seems really dirty with a bunch of high school kids running it. Only go there if you have no choice.

I can always find everything I need here for any occasion! Not only do they have a wonderful selection of party plate lines that I can’t find anywhere else, but the balloon selection is extensive, and customer service is very helpful! I’ve been shopping here for years, and they’ve continued to grow and stay updated with the newest trends — even the ones I find on Pinterest! Which is very helpful for my party planning projects I take on. I highly recommend this place for an easy shopping experience with the best selection of party supplies!

Whether you are throwing a party and want it all themed (think, Cinco de Mayo, boys 1^st Birthday, etc…) or just simply color coordinated, shopping for a Halloween costume or just looking for a cute disposable tray, bowl, etc. to take to another party, this is for sure a good spot to check out. All sorts of party supplies or anything holiday themed but I always find this location disorganized, bare shelves and boxes everywhere. Definitely shop towards the end of a season. You can save 50% on all or most items.

If you are looking for party supplies in or near Frisco then at least visit this place once. It’s a locally owned business. If i didn’t live all the way down in the Woodlands I’d shop here for all of my daughter’s birthday parties. They offer a wide variety of themed party supplies and they are happy to help if you need anything.
