Absolutely worst customer service ever and it’s consistent. 1st of all they don’t staff up so you have to book 2 weeks out 2nd when you ask front desk staff what experience a certain therapist has they tell you they don’t know and third they told my husband and I that we would be able to use each others credits and when I tried to use my husband’s credit they wanted to charge me a transfer fee which is not what we were told when we signed up.

My experience was so good, I made a Unilocal account just to post this! I have never had a massage before, after a bad experience trying to get one, so this was my first official one. The spa is very pretty and the receptionist was friendly. My masseuse was Beth, and she greeted me and went into the room. She gave me a break down of what to expect, what she is going to do, and just a lot of information as this being my first time. I had an hour Swedish with her! The massage was amazing, and most important I felt very comfortable and relaxed with her. We had some conversation, and I left feeling amazing! I signed up for their member program and booked another with her! book with Beth, she’s terrific.
