Burger King

The last two times we were here they were out of French fries, and this time they had no sugar free sodas or diet drinks available. The floor is always nasty here. We won’t be back.

This is the worst location ever. Took 29 minutes to get our order and it was still wrong. Complained that the food was cold and they said there was nothing that they could do. They didn’t even apologize for the wait until I asked to talk to the manager. Manager offered no suggestions to make this right. Horrible customer service at this location.

We had not been here in a long time, but we had a coupon. Place was very clean and the people were very friendly. But all of the food was cold and had pre-​cooked a long time ago. The cheese would not melt. I never ask fast food places to re-​cook a burger. I just never go back. Won’t be back here.

They were out of frozen drinks and no bbq sauce. Also very cold inside the restaurant. I will not be back.

(I’m reviewing the Burger King inside Walmart) I went to Walmart to get my groceries Then I saw Burger King and decided to go and get something to eat when I got in there I saw five people in there waiting for their orders to be taken but nobody was taking care of them. after a while they all decided to leave saying FUCK THIS lets go to McDonald’s when I heard that I was like what is going on so I went to the front of the line to see what were they looking at and I saw this man doing nothing just playing with his iPhone I asked him if he cloud take my order but he. Completely ignore me when I saw that I decided to go somewhere else

Yes, I’m reviewing a fast food joint. A chain fast food joint. A corporate chain fast food joint. But every joint has an impact and deserves a review so here goes.
I have recently fallen in love with BK’s Satisfries, and so, am now frequenting the only BK within 15 miles of my house, whenever I dare splurge on the added calories. I can even say that these fries are better than McD’s.
But that’s not all; this store recently went through a redesign and it’s not the tired old fast food dirty joint anymore. Plus, their staff is friendly, helpful and engaging. Not surly, like they might be at finding themselves working at a corporate chain fast food joint.
The food’s good; I’ll actually choose them over Mickey D’s if given the chance when I’m in the mood for a fast food burger, but this store deserves a little extra recognition. Way to go, owner operator whoever you are!

New renovations are super nice and it now has a modern, sleek look. Hubs commented that pictures on wall (of food) don’t look like BK.
Service was very slow though! I had to go up to the counter to see about our 2 breakfast meals and my coffee (well, actually I got a Carmel latte but it was very sweet so I swapped it for coffee). No apologies for lack of «fast food» service. Which is what we were looking for this morning.
Seemed to be staffed. Only one other couple in there with a toddler. Drive thru was not super busy/​no long line. Slow Saturday morning in the ‘burbs.
Good taste and temp was good. Typical breakfast sandwiches so have something for any taste within those expectations.

If you are in a hurry or expect decent service don’t go here!
This new rebuilt store opened this week. I went inside to get my order to go since the drive thru was backed up. There was only 1 customer inside at 7:30 at night. That should have been a sign. It tool OVER 10 minutes to get 2 whoppers to go. The person talking orders is curt, short and as unfriendly as they come. Watching the people making the orders and running the drive thru looked totally disorganized, not run well with plenty on distractions. Looked like the manger was trying to take drive thru orders but it wasn’t happening all that well. Staff seem to need a LOT more training in several areas including customer service. Nothing in this experience would make me want to return. I hope they get the problemS fixed sooner than later.

Food was actually better than most other BKs I’ve visited, however the restaurant is not very clean and there were more flys in the store than customers. Staff was very polite and friendly.

This Burger King needs to move on. They are horrible.

Ok, so I love Burger King. One of my fave fast-​food burger joints ever but I did not love this BK.
I’ve been to this location twice and the food is just awful, and that’s saying a lot for a fast-​food place. The first time my double cheese burger was super dry and flavorless. The second time, my whopper smelled like melted crayon (yea you hears right) and tasted waaaay over-​chargrilled. That’s the first time I’ve ever had a bad whopper! And my nuggets looked like they were cooked two days ago– shriveled up and dry, with no taste. Like chewing cardboard. Umm, what up BK?
