Went on 01÷27÷16. That was the 2nd time we went from our office, and service just get worse and worse each time we go. We were group of 9. Our waitress kept skipping my co-worker for her drink. I guess because she looked like she was 15, but she is actually 24. Finally I asked waiters to get her drink order. 20 mins later she gets her drink, our food arrived sort of cold. Same coworker was missing her food. We went to hunt/search for our waitress. Finally we for her and asked her about 1 entrée missing. Another 13 mins go by. No waitress. My boss went to the bar and asked for manager. Seems Manager didn’t give a damn about to and said oh we will comp. her meal. Hello??? We don’t care for paying we need to get the ball rolling on your waitress. I am on retail business and customer service is #1. But that’s the 2nd time we had bad service or no service at all. Place gets worse each visit.

The company had a small get together and it was decent. This location in specific is huge and has both and upstairs and a downstairs. It has a nice and welcoming interior for those who’ve never been to one of their locations. The bar is a nice and small spot that can seat about 30 people and let them watch the games and whatever else is on. It’s not as large as your typical sports bar but it is nice enough to be considered as a choice. They do offer catering and also a private room for hosting parties and things. Below the top portion is a middle floor that had poker and other small casino games for the patrons. The night our company hosted the even I believe they were playing poker. On the bottom floor is the arcade that had numerous games from both past and present. Their card system for tickets and gameplay are nice, the pricing for the games are also very respectable. The only negative that was here was the fact that it is part of the mall, which meant parking was horrible… If you can survive the journey from the parking lot to the actual place then it’s worth the time.

2 stars may be generous. What can i say, the food is not great, tbh my family of 3 could have had a better meal for 77 dollars at alot of other places. The burgers are not very good, the meat just tastes… um rather McDonald’sish it looks good but prepare to be disappointed with the first bite. My wife went against her better judgement and got the steak and shrimp, and as expected, leave the steak to the steakhouses. Well be skipping the meal here and eating at the Cheesecake factory next door before our video game’s next time.

Dave and Busters is based around mainly the gameplay, with a wide selection of games, for all kinds of entertainment. My brother went in on one of the spin to win games, and won 1000 tickets 8 consecutive times, so I thought it was rigged, but when we returned he spun 1000 tickets 21 consecutive times, so it was not rigged to lose as most places have their games. The food is meh, but you get a lot for the overcharged meal you buy, it’s not bad, but you don’t come for the food. Good place, but very dark in the downstairs, and in the busy hours, not kept up very well. If you go, don’t go for the food, but the entertainment.

Great time here today for team building event. Good average bar/pub food. The buffalo chicken hamburger was huge and very good. Great service and our host bringing us around for games was great. Tran had a lot of fun with skee ball, car racing, trivia, basketball and pacman.

Since the remodel, this place is now the destination for game day. There are many big screen projectors to view your favorite team. The party rooms are spacious and come with your owe private host. On the lower level, there is wall to wall games for all ages to play! This is a great place for the family to hang out any day of the week. The food is ok! nothing that will set them apart of others. You can get a salad to a steak and anything else in between. The Dave & Busters history as of Wikipedia: The first Dave & Buster’s was opened in Dallas in 1982 by David Corriveau and James«Buster» Corley. In 1989, Edison Brothers Stores purchased a majority ownership in the restaurant to finance further expansion into other cities. Dave & Buster’s was spun off from Edison Brothers, and went public with Andy Newman as chairman in 1995. D&B acquired nine Jillian’s locations after Jillian’s filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in 2004. Seven of these Jillian’s locations have been re-branded with the Dave & Buster’s name, while two of them were closed following the acquisition. The company announced on December 8, 2005, that it would be acquired by private equity firm Wellspring Capital Management. On July 16, 2008, Dave & Buster’s Holdings Inc, filed with the SEC to again become a publicly traded company. The company had set a date for the Initial public offering IPO of October 5, 2012. However, it pulled out right before it opened. In June 2010, Oak Hill Capital Partners, in partnership with the company’s management team, completed its acquisition of Dave & Buster’s from Wellspring Capital Management. In October 2014, Dave & Buster’s launched a second IPO, selling 5.88 million shares at an offering price range of $ 16 – 18. The offering raised $ 94 million, which will be used for debt repayments. Shares will be traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange using the symbol PLAY. Their current stock pricing as of 11.20.2015 $ 36.90 a share.

Went downstairs. Did not eat. Review: Meh. Dark. Cold. Dirty. Expensive. The guy working at the gift shop was nice but man this D&B is not very good. Bathroom smelled. Verdict: Maybe go back, stay upstairs and watch a game/eat. Will NOT go downstairs.

Love this place! Brings the inner kid out of me. My 3-year old enjoys it too. Especially the gift store. We save our D&B players card for more tickets every time we play. Food is always delish! Especially the hot wings & of course their drinks. Good customer service every time. No complaints.

I came with my oldest friend and his son to watch the Steeler game! The food was good bar food, the beer list need a few more options, but the games bring my competitive side. This is Chucky Cheese for adults!

THISREVIEWISJUSTFORTHEWINGS Traditional Wings. These wings were just as expected a nice traditional sauce with a decent amount of crispiness there wasn’t enough heat in the sauce. The sizes also varies some were a decent size and others were tiny. 3⁄5 Finger Lickin Goodness. Follow @ImJustWingingIt on Instagram for more wing reviews

Back in the days we stopped going to D&B because they hardly ever updated the games. It looks like they listened. Food is nothing special. People probably just eat there to get the power cards. Games are great. A good variety and they keep bringing in new titles-Angry Birds, Star Wars, Transformers, Mario Kart, etc. My kids are like in heaven and never get bored.

Great place to eat and scale back for a cocktail and games with family and friends. Upon eating in the main dining area, I observed the manager walking the floor ensuring customers were being taken care of. Great customer service with Kai who was our server. She kept the drinks full and very attentive to us while being served. Some of the games didn’t seem to be there as much as they used to have other than that still a great deal all around!

Great Happy Hour. Drinks are not watered down for happy hour and service is good. Who knew an arcade for kiddies could have great mixed drinks.

This was probably one of the worst Dave & Buster’s I have been to. I am not sure if I just haven’t gone in awhile and the company lowered their standards, or if this is the forgotten location. It looked nice at first, but when you reach the game area, it becomes a dump. It was so crowded, you could barely move and a bunch of the games either didn’t work or ate your money. We sat at a table to dine and never did receive service.

We had a unpleasurable experience. I want to say up front, my stated reason for Unilocaling is to give those referring to the reviews an honest feel of what a place is like. There is no greater satisfaction than to find a place on Unilocal go there and declare«a Find» based on the combination of your experience and the reviews that led you there. That being said, this was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in years. After a movie we decided to play pool and enjoy a hamburger. So we set up and stated playing. Our waitress took drink orders and came back with weak watery iced tea. Ok no problem how bout a Dr Pepper. Ordered a burger all the way with mustard and mayo. In less than 10 mins she brought nothing that resembled what I ordered and when brought to her attention she disappeared never to return! Requested a manager. Nothing after a 10 min wait. So I left.

Of course we all come here for fun & games. and can’t forget the varieties of drinks to choose from! On the other hand, the food and service, I have to critique a bit hard on– I came here with my daughter for my sister’s company event and did not expect it to be that busy for a Wednesday evening! Good for the business! Anyway, a couple of us got there on time and were directed to a table reserved for about 10 – 15 of us. After we were seated, not one server came up to us until 20 – 30 minutes later(and our table was RIGHTNEXT to the bar). When a guy approached us and asked for our drinks, I asked if he was our server, then he responds with«no I am not, I actually can’t find your server. Don’t know where he is? He should be here somewhere.» Umm k that’s reassuring. We then got our drinks from some other lady server and then she started taking our order for our meals, so I GUESS she’s our server now? While she was taking our order, she just looked like she hated her job… No recommendations when we asked and careless. I know this setting is mostly focused on the games, but I’m pretty big on service, given I’m in the industry, and no matter how much of a crappy day I’m having, I still force a smile on my face and tend to my customers because, I don’t know, my service reflects on my tips and they don’t deserve that kind of service due to my mood?! Recommendation: go on Wednesdays, ½ priced games all night! Also, choosing from the combo menu with the entrée + bonus card for games is a plus!

When you order the combos(food + game card for a certain price), it’s so worth it! For 2 people we ordered 2 dishes that gave us 2 $ 20 game cards, the fondue dessert + tip that totaled $ 70. The food came out to be around $ 5 each and the portions were huge! Food was also delicious, I had the balsamic chicken it’s delicious, totally recommended! Chicken was so tender(one piece wasn’t as tender and was overcooked, but for $ 5 and an arcade place, I’m not complaining). Fondue was also delicious and large, we were both food coma-ing after the meal and almost couldn’t play any of the games! LOL But the only bad thing about the fondue was that some strawberries weren’t fresh! Fondue was ~$ 10 and it was quite large, but can totally be made at home for cheaper! Hahah — cheap-o-me coming out. There also are two levels so if you’d like quieter seating you can eat upstairs. We came on a Wednesday night(half off games) so our $ 20 cards went quite far.

Any place that lets adults order beer and shots and then play arcade games is cool with me. For around $ 5 we got 22oz drafts and then for another $ 5 a shot of well tequila. Around closing time, I passed along my tickets to a youngster and went on my way feeling like a better person who just had a kick ass time… and got a little drunk along the way. Now can they bring Dave & Buster’s to Seattle already?
