This location has the BEST service of any Bath and Body Works! I have been a frequent customer for years at both this and the Gaylord Pkwy location, and it’s always been great! But in the past year, this location has stepped it up and is really phenomenal! The entire staff is knowledgable and super friendly! They have the perfect balance of welcoming and helpful, but careful not to hover over you or push you. Wonderful job to the management of this store! It is always clean and well stocked as well! The outside location is convenient because I can skip the mall, but I now make the trip in just to go to this store!

A nice little location in a mall, but is so small! They could expand the area since there are so many people walking in n out of this place! I will say that the staff was kind and attentive. A nice place if you want a cute hand sanitizer! Cases are very overpriced. A hand sanitizer case for 8 bucks?! Seems outrageous.
