Ive printed many of my portfolios here, all at different times and they seem to get worse
1st portfolio came out missing the intended blank pages ruining the order of the presentation even after instructing not to exclude blank pages.
2nd portfolio was almost perfect except 4 out of the 12 page were binded upside down.
3rd portfolio was printed on wrong paper when cardstock was selcted on the order.
4th i requested a coil binding (a little more exspensive) and i was given folder binding. When i asked why the clerk said thats all they had… well why i did include a phone number if i wasnt going to be contacted if you guys didnt have the materials i needed?
All 4 times i left without any confrontation with an understanding that mistakes happen etc., but thats the end of my visit.

Great service. Drop off package and was provided with options to ensure delivery date.
Two gentlemen working counter were great.
Even able to leave my USPS package for pick up! This save me a trip to the USPS office. Thanks!

First time visit and a gentleman named Ray helped me out made it very easy! In and out 5 minutes so when visiting this location ask for Ray he’s the man!!!

Worst service ever. Spent 40.00 to ship a package. Then the franchise wanted to charges us $ 2 .50 to print a label we have the tracking number we had the receipt the guy on the phone even knew where it was going and where it was coming from who’s the two people on the invoice were how much the package weight and how big it was but he still couldn’t make me a new shipping receipt and didn’t even apologize we had already paid $ 45 to ship it their site was unable to help .or reprint the label. Don’t ever use them go FedEx even if it cost twice as much at least you won’t get the b*******

I don’t know what much I can say about the UPS store, aside from the fact that it is a store, where you can ship UPS packages. The rates are pretty much the same wherever you would go, the only difference between locations I suppose would be interior and the staff.
The interior of the store is pretty spartan inside, there isn’t a whole lot going on here. The only thing they really have s stacks of boxes and packaging material. As for the staff they were pretty lifeless, not rude, just not at all enthused to be helping me. (But then again how enthused could you possibly be working at the UPS store?)
