Dryer shorted and stopped working. Searched for an appliance repair service and came across Super Air & Appliance Repair. Decided to give them a try based on google reviews and happy I did so! Technician came out between allotted time frame, was professional and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Diagnosis, part pick-​up and installation was all done under two hours. Will not hesitate to call again if in need for another appliance diagnosis/​repair.

Technician came well within the allotted time frame and was very professional and personable. We just moved to the area and were happy to find someone reliable. They did a great job fixing our dryer and had the parts in stock so we didn’t have to wait. They fixed it quickly and when there was something else wrong that caused it to not work they came out and repaired that part free of charge for the inconvenience. We highly recommend them and will definitely call them again if we ever need another repair.

Our dryer had problems with not drying the clothes; I called a repair company and they did come out and replaced a part (the heating element) and I was charged $ 150.00. The machine still did not dry the clothes unless I kept adding more minutes. My brother told me to call Super Air and Appliance Repair. The technician, Rob, diagnosed what was wrong and replaced the additional parts. He clean out my dryer vent and also recommended that we have the exhaust vent cleaned. I am so grateful that he suggested that, because this is something that I would have neglected to do. I highly recommend him.
