I go here often only because it’s one of the closest places to my work. But from now on if I want subway I will drive to the one further away and I will let my coworkers know not to ever go here. Usually I can accept crappy customer service since I’m always in a hurry and just need my lunch quick but no more. I got a foot long sandwich and have to keep asking for more veggies. I think the lady literally counted every piece she put on there. I don’t get lettuce I get spinach so she puts on one leaf at a time. Then I get four little slices of tomatoes and four little slices of pickles. Really? So I ask for more and the lady looks mad like I’m asking for free food. I asked for mayo and mustard and first of all they don’t carry brown mustard, all subways I have been to have that. They only have one kind of mayo but they have a regular mayo bottle and a «lite» mayo bottle. When I asked they said it’s the same mayo in both. The lady put a think strip of mayo and a thin strip of mustard on my sandwich and I had to ask for more please. Now the for the worst part and what really just pissed me off and I will never go in there again is the bread. I get back to my desk to eat and it’s the most stale bread I have ever bitten into! It’s like chewing on cardboard or something and that’s after toasting it. It was so stale my sandwich was super dry especially with barely any mayo or mustard on it. If I had the time I would go back and demand a new sandwich with FRESH bread. If you want a fresh sandwich with veggies avoid this place at all cost! Wanted to one more thing. I doubt anyone who works there or even cares reads these reviews obviously. Since I see common complaints and there’s no change. Ugh :(

Do not ever go to this subway… First of all, i walked in and i wasnt help after like 5min with no customer in there, after that i ordered broccoli cheese soup and it was really cold. I asked them respectfully to warm it up in the microwave, and the girl got really mad. And my sandwich was half empty. You tell them to put extra veggies and you get nothing in return. Also, i had soup and soda with no chips, and the girl didnt count it as combo, where as other place do. Bottom line: try to avoid this place as much as you can. I would never go back

I realize nobody reads reviews of established franchises, but I must say my experience at this particular Subway was memorably bad, and I felt compelled to add my two cents after reading the other poor reviews. I’m a regular Subway customer, and I generally get one of the items on the six dollar menu. For those who are not familiar, the six dollar menu includes a six-inch sandwich, a drink, and a bag of chips. Since this location does not sell Fritos, I asked to substitute my bag of chips for cookies. Although the policy is one bag of chips = two cookies, there was only one cookie left, so I took the remaining cookie — and was charged $ 8.89! In short, I was charged for each item(the sandwich, drink, and cookie) individually because the substitution was not complete. I did confront the employee about this but she explained to me exactly what I have described above: my feeling was, she was following orders and may have been unaccustomed to customer service norms in the U.S., and I wasn’t going to fuss with the management over $ 2.89(probably less, if one includes taxes). Still, I couldn’t help but feel this particular employee was lacking basic common sense.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. I go here sometimes since it’s convenient but the employees look like someone is holding a gun to their head every single time. They never greet you and God forbid you ask for«extra» of anything. I will no longer be giving my money to these people considering that even the owner of this place has terrible customer service skills.

This is one of the worst subways I’ve eaten at. Not necessarily because of the food but because of ppl the work in it(owners). They put less slices of ham, bacon, and other meats and vegetables. I received only 6 slices of turkey in my turkey breast sub, 4 small slices of tomato, barely any onions, spinach, olives, etc… and apparently it’s not just me, read the other reviews below. Those people had the same problem. Please do continue giving money to these cons. I believe that the only good review was put by the owners. This place sucks and I’m never coming back. It deserves 0 stars.

Why write a review about a subway? Because I’ve been here many times and usually there is some sort of conflict about making my sandwich. I only continue to go there because it is right by my house. I’ve talked to others that say the same thing. The employees are rude and don’t want to honor good business practice of making the sandwich the way you want. They always skimp on the veggies, and if you ask for more they wince and don’t really provide more(oh, gee, one extra slice of green pepper– thanks). They also consistently don’t want to honor their own menu, always by trying to charge you more than what is written on the menu. Today I tried to order a $ 3 breakfast combo special and they said it was only for a 3″, even though that is a national special for a 6 inch. I had to argue for five minutes, even pointing out that the menu actually says its six inch, before the employee finally gave in. That type of treatment is typical here. They’ve tried to charge me extra for veggies on sandwiches(saying breakfast sandwiches don’t come with veggies), and even tried to charge me extra for a squirt of siraccha sauce on a chicken sandwich. Try ordering coffee here. I don’t drink coffee but a friend does and he told me what happened to him. What a joke. They try very hard to not give refills, which are hidden behind the counter. If you ask for more, they complain and will fill your cup ¼ full. I’ve complained to management and national subway about this place, but nothing changes. I try to avoid this particular subway if possible.

Don’t go here. Talk about pinching pennies… these guys skimp on the ingredients. On a footlong, asking for all the fixins, I only got 4 pickles and two green peppers… I had to request for cucumbers and spinach which then I got 3 and a spare…“wtf mate”.
