Starbucks

If you need something hot to drink or you really need refreshment when it’s hot outside then this is the place to go. They are friendly and they get you out quickly. Frequently though they run out of things in that is annoying.

Slowest starbucks I’ve ever been to. Its lucky for them they have the student market cornered. Baristas mosey around as if they’re all on perpetual break. 20 minute wait on average.

Jamie is the best person I have had help me for the past year. She is always happy, she remembers my name, and usually knows what I want. Unless I change it up. Only down side to this place is that there is always a line. I wait so people can gets fraps and complicated drinks that take forever. I just need coffee in a cup. 30 seconds. Can we get a fast pass line?

Wasn’t sure whether I wanted to write a review or not, since the other time I went here it wasn’t too bad. But my most recent visit here was horrible.
I figured a quick 15 min break would have been enough for me to get a drink to help get me through the rest of my class, but nope!
The workers seemed to be poorly trained and hella stupid. I asked for a tall iced green tea, and she was going to charge me for the price of a venti frapp?! Really?
One of the guys making the drinks I noticed, kept having throw away what he was making just to start over again, with their «manager» just looking and not even trying to help out.
They were really slow also, and there was about 7 – 8 people who were there before me that were also waiting for what seemed to be a while also. It took them 20 mins to make my small ass drink, and it was only maybe about ¾ full. I didn’t wanna have to wait again for the guy to remake it, since I’m pretty sure by how slow he was working, it would have taken another 20 mins for him to fix it.
Their whole process was disorganized as well too. Some people who ordered first, their drinks much later than the customers who ordered it AFTER them. Myself included. Pretty ridiculous.
