Scott provided us a great deal for an engagement ring and wedding band. He was very flexible with our schedules, especially since I’m in the military and living in Florida. The products themselves exceeded my expectations for the price. His service was fantastic and provided a helpful expertise to our buying experience. He even helped me surprise my wife with the ring. His office felt a lot more personal as well. It didn’t feel like going to a shady store in the mall.

I have been buying jewelry from Scott for over 30 years. Just picked up a nice tennis bracelet to give my wife for our anniversary. As always Scott provided the knowledge, value and service that keeps me coming back year after year. He gave me several to choose from, and advised me to buy the the one that wasn’t the most expensive. But gave me the best value for what I could afford. I just called to ask if they had a wide ring sizer for a ring I’m trying to buy. I’m allergic to just about everything and it’s taken a while for me to find someone who can make what I want. First the guy wanted to know who the ring was coming from, then yelled at me for not buying local, then told me it was not a good idea to get the ring I was talking about, then wanted to know who the ring was for. I was like, Jesus, I just need to get sized properly. I asked what I should do if the ring I wanted wasn’t a good option, and he refused to give me any alternatives. Then he wanted to know what the ring was for, and when I was like, «it’s just a ring!» he hung up on me.
