This is my go to place for Jewelry. I’v purchased quite a few items from them. I bought a necklace about 7yrs ago and it’s still looking good. I’v purchased some earrings, and a couple bracelets as gifts. Every time I walk in, I am always greeted with a smile. Everyone, in my opinion, is polite and professional. Joe and Jasmine has always helped me with any questions I’v had. They always shine my jewelry when I requested and the outcome is always Magnificent. From the start I’v always had great experiences, and I do not see myself purchasing any jewelry elsewhere anytime soon.

Unfortunately I can’t give a good review yet on this store. I’ve never been the type to write a review but I feel this is something I should share. I got engaged last week, the ring is to die for!!! It’s absolutely perfect… However, I’ve ran into issues already. When i put my ring on for the first time I was examining it’s beauty and I noticed some scratches on the band I ask my fiancé he said it’s because they don’t give you a new one. I didn’t think much about it but then on top of that it was to big. My fiancé knows my exact ring size he’s bought me rings before. so I was kinda shocked when it didn’t fit. He told me the person who helped him at the store told him that he is suppose to get it big because they like to celebrate with the bride to be and its a special moment for her, then she can get it resized. I thought okay! That sounds fun! So I go in and ask for my ring to be resized. This was last Thursday. The two brunette girls working where kinda rude. Very monotone. No one greeted me no one said congrats or have a nice day nothing! So then I get my ring back a week later it fits okay, the lady didn’t ask how it felt just put the ring on and said ”okay sign here please” so I get in my car drove straight to my parents, we want to tell them were engaged now that I have my ring back. I hadn’t done anything that even touched the ring and I look and a stone on the side is missing. Are you kidding me?! This is the moment I’ve been waiting for, my fiancé is spending a lot of money on this, I haven’t even worn it for longer then 15 minutes and it’s missing a stone. I know when I took it in it was perfect because I have pictures of it before. Why didn’t the lady check it out before she gave it back it me? Needless to say I was very nervous to show people my new ring and it ruined part of the excitement. I’m going to try and just take it to the store in fashion fair, I’ve a had a ring there before and they are very nice and they make sure they giving you what you paid for! Sadly I’m disappointed and would recommend this to anyone. Btw I work at a bridal store. I would never tell my brides to come here. Not impressed!

Talked with the manager. He was nice. I might come back this December to get that bracelet. Hopefully I will get Mike.

We purchased our wedding rings here 11 years ago and have bought a couple of other things from them throughout the years. I had my engagement ring repaired last year, and recently noticed the repairs failing. I took the ring back to Roger’s to see if they would guarantee the repair. At first, they wanted to charge me for the repair(again), but Mike stepped up and warrantied it. They also offered to straighten the band… all at no charge! I will continue to patronize this store because of their commitment to customer service!

Went in for a watch battery. Expected to pay an arm and a leg, but was pleasantly surprised. Quick in and out with good service and great value. Will repeat.

We bought our wedding rings here, after spending a whole three hours(we planned our wedding in ten days) looking at other places in the mall. Once we got here, a great salesman named Joe helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Everywhere else we had gone, they didn’t have a clue, but I told him what I was about and he helped us come up with a beautiful set that was within our price range. He even suggested a few places for our honeymoon and then later sent us a handwritten thank you card. They are always really friendly when we go in to have our rings cleaned and always offer coffee, water, etc. while you wait.

Atmosphere: Fairly nice atmosphere, still more professional than your typical mall/consumer jewelry store, and they have some nice styles. Quality wise they are pretty good, maybe a tad under Warner’s quality. Sell Reps: Pushy. More than happy to help you, but they try to help you buy and not just look. Try asking for Brian, he has a goatee and a fairly jolly attitude, and tends to be better than the rest there. Price: OK. The quality is fairly good, but most of the rings are simply overpriced. Again, there is the occasional ring that has a nice style and is a steal, but not often here. Don’t expect any«sales» either, their philosophy is to sell as is, which means marked up. The Rap: I haven’t heard of too many people raving about this chain. They’re not as good as Warners, and not even as good as De Vons, but they have a nice style selection.
