This property management company is completely disorganized and unprofessional. They took over an office building we are renting space in, did not bother to obtain the lease agreements from the prior owners and then proceeded to charge us a late fee (even though our lease agreement has our credit card information right on the agreement for auto-​bill)! No one bothered to contact us to let us know that 1) they did not have our lease agreement and 2) the new owners would not longer accept credit cards and we would need to mail in a check every month.
Stay away from buildings managed by this company and if you are an owner I would look elsewhere for your management needs. If you purchase a commercial building and hire a management company the FIRST thing they should do is obtain a copy of all the rental agreements for the tenants in the building.
