nice bar plenty of TVs for sport events etc. had a great time hanging out with friends the service was spot on. the bartender overcharged me $ 8 on my tab tho I didn’t know until I got home & checked the receipt, called them up & spoke to the manager forgot her name but she was real nice & understood my concern, she ended up giving me a $ 25 credit towards my tab next time i come in, that was super nice of her because I just wanted my $ 8 dont know when I’ll be back but it will be soon who wants to join me? I got $ 25 to burn!

It’s a nice place to grab a drink with the guys and yes there are still a lot of frat boys in attendance here. For the most part everyone is pretty friendly and there are those still trying to make a fool out of themselves. Nice group place, not really a one two spot.

I used to come here when the place was called Fibbers a few years back and hadn’t been back since the place closed. I came here for a friends birthday and I have to say that the new ownership has really turned the place around. The place looks different and it’s for the better, the service is adequate and prompt the bartenders have good pours and for the most part the drinks are fairly priced.
The place can and does get crowded as the night went on, pace yourself accordingly as the line for the men’s restroom can get pretty long. It doesn’t help that the hallway is narrow so you’re likely to accidentally bump into someone. The crowd is generally younger than what used to be at Fibbers and that’s a good thing, it’s a decent bar overall and just needs more restrooms.

For my boyfriend, this is one of his favorite go-​to pub spots. So we went there last Saturday since there was no other place in the area open after midnight. I should’ve known from waiting in the line for about 20 min where we got to witness the first fight of the night *sigh* that it was going to be a bad night.
It was hot and crowded inside and the floors were sticky, making me feel kinda gross. As other reviewers said, the crowd was mostly frat bros, middle aged former frat bros and their bro-​hoe counterparts that like to knock your beer all over you when they’re drunk, so then you feel more gross. It was like a bad college party in a small confined space. The night was topped off by 5 – 6 cop cars showing up to break up the multiple fights in the parking lot after closing.
I know it’s probably not this crazy on Sunday-​Thursday nights, but the Saturday night «club Shenanigans» experience put such a bad taste in my mouth, that I don’t want to go back regardless.

Ary is the best! She’s the greatest server! She does it with a smile on her face, even when the bar is completely full! It’s amazing to see someone actually care about how things are done! Way to go Ary! You’re the best!

The bartenders are usually great. I’ve been here maybe 5 times. It’s always ridiculously crowded for no reason. People are constantly pushing you to get by. Don’t go here for the dance floor. There isn’t one. But the worst part is the bouncers were extremely rude. Last night one in-​particular had something rude to say every time he walked by. I didn’t do anything to deserve that. I wasn’t drunk or loud or causing drama. He commented on my outfit, how long I was in the bathroom, my muscles, and the fact that I was taking cough drops… Just completely rude and unnecessary.

Not as fun as the names sounds.
Young frat dudes, older guys who still think they’re in a frat, and that one fella who gets super pissed at you if the bartender serves you first, she chose me bro, sorry! This place for me was just terrible and worst kind of college bar, minus the college bar prices.
There was a security guard next to the bathroom, the dance floor, and three by the main entrance, which really tells you the type patrons in this turd bucket. They also don’t allow people with out-​of-​state IDs, I’m assuming they have been busted in the past for letting minors with fakies inside. I have heard of this happening around SDSU, it usually occurs when the police have busted a place for underage service once or twice.
If this is your type of bar or your favorite bar, do me a favor, and don’t procreate.

Table reserved for a party of twenty for the company Christmas dinner. When reservations were made, owner told us that they would have a special available for the night. Upon arrival, no special, just their basic burger menu with a couple of sandwich choices. The bread was stale, one small tomato on a quite large BLT and the burgers had just a dab of bbq sauce. We were offered garlic mashed potatoes to then be told that they had removed them from their menu so we were served cold fries. I must say the bacon was delicious! Would I ever return… no.

Decent Irish-​American pub, but an American pub really. I’m from Ireland so I wasn’t expecting them to serve Guinness properly, but nice that they have it all the same. I find it amusing when some Americans try Guinness in Ireland and then are disappointed with Guinness back in American pubs. Why are they surprised? Some American pubs do have decent Guinness, but they are a very select few.
Anyway, back to Shenanigans. The food was standard pub grub, so it does the job. I wasn’t there to eat food really. What I like about Shenanigans is that it is somewhere you can go for a few pints and chill out, pints and chill if you will. It didn’t have the ambience of a restaurant, but a pub, and that’s the feel of most pubs in Ireland.
Both staff I interacted with were friendly and chatty, Greg and Kristi I believe. Also, they have Tullamore Dew whiskey which is always solid. I would check it out again.

Like a friend kept saying the entire day, «There are no accidents in life». We were on our way home but saw this place and decided to check it out. It’s a nice place, decently priced, and good place to hang out with friends. Worth a try to check it out. The server was super nice as well.

There’s a blonde bartender with fake boobs who provided the shittiest service last night. She literally asked for a tip prior to getting my drink and so in return I didn’t tip her. After I got my check she asked if we could leave the bar, so of course to piss her off we stood there and continued to socialize. You earn a tip. If your service is poor, your tip will be poor. If it’s good, then you’ll get tipped. I don’t care if you’re an attractive blonde white woman. Seriously, who the hell do you think you are. Swerve bihh

My buddy ordered a round of drinks. I asked the bartender for a round of waters to go with it. He looked at me, rolled his eyes, scoffed and walked away. 5 min later, still standing there, I asked the bar back for water. He poured them and was about to give them to me. Mr macho bartender comes over and says «is this guy bitching about the water??» And threw all of my waters down the sink and walked off. I told our drink waitress what just happened and tough guy bartender comes around and says «are they harassing you?!?» And threw us all out. What a nightmare. What a complete douche.

I’m international student and I’m here legally. This is the DISCRIMINATORY happened last night. This place is used to be my favorite place but what happened last night totally disappointed me. I have been going there almost every weekend but on the sudden, last night, Valentine’s day my boyfriend and I planed to go there but the guard said «We don’t accept this kind of PASSPORT» yes I’m Asian although my characteristic looks like Espanic.
I could get in all the time. but Suddenly last night he said I need to identify myself with US document only. We just changed the rules. I was so upset and wanted to meet a manager but he is not there. This is DISCRIMINATORY. I haven’t know before that they are so rude. I am a bar person and I have been using my passport to identify myself for over a year (I traveled around and I’ve never been denied). That was awful experience.

Came here to watch my old band play, but was disappointed with their service.
When I sat down, the staff did little to acknowledge me, or even ask me if I’d like a drink. I saw girls walking around with beer and drinks so I assumed that one would get to me eventually. Nope! I think I waited a good 20 to 30 minutes, and figuring it was a dead zone, I wasn’t getting any service much like AT&T. I went to the bar to order my drinks, which was a pain.
To top it off, I ordered shots of Patron which I never received because I took «30 to 40 min» to come up with the money. They offered to buy me a drink next time which I appreciated, but a $ 6 drink hardly offsets a $ 32 purchase. Wasn’t thrilled with this experience, especially almost being puked on.
