Ross Dress for Less

I hate this store. Their selection is very limited. I only come here when i need something, last minute. 9 times out of 10 I regret it within the 1^st 5 min im in the store!

I like Ross for getting certain things, because of their price slash! Lol. I recently went here looking for a pepper mill, and I happened to find a pretty cool new dog dish for my little ones. No luck on my pepper mill yet, but when I was there getting the dog dish, I also noticed they had some Adidas slides. AND since I AM an Old School Adidas-​head, I went back just last night and got a couple pair. I am all Happy-​Jack about it! I know what they go for on the official site, as well as other sites, and in actual stores, cause I am into the «3 stripes.» It was a hella good deal! Best price I have ever gotten on Adidas, hands down. Too bad they aren’t always priced like this everywhere, or I would own waaay more than I already do!(And I own a good amount of Adidas) But now, for this particular store itself? It’s clean, for the most part, at least when I come here it is. Yes, at times there are messes due to some customers simply being sloppy, I suppose, or too lazy to put something back where it goes, but I also see the employees on their jobs too. By this I mean, putting things back where they go, sorting through messes, and stocking things when possible. AND, I want to mention, that I have not once gotten rude service here. I get it, some Ross stores are a little more «hood» than others, but you know what? It’s Ross people, get over it! That’s like saying, «I like Dollar Tree in general, but that particular one is ghetto…» See my point? Ross is NOT Nordsrtom, nor it is Dillard’s, so all THAT type of «ghetto» complaining is moot, all the way around Jack! If you go to Ross, Marshalls, or TJ Maxx, and act like you ARE shopping at a high-​end expensive retailer, because DD’s is low-​level-​beneath-​you status, then the joke simply isn’t «on» you, it «is» you. Get my point? Anywho, this Ross is good enough for me to go to again, and again. So, this particular location gets «4 stars» from me, because of the things I mentioned. Will I continue to return and shop here? Absolutely.

I just don’t learn and keep coming back! Ghetto ass stores! Especially this one worse costomer Services! Seriously they pat your clothes down before you go in to try on! Second hand shit! Macy’s don’t even do it! Its like prison they even have wardens in the entrances! LOL!

I love Ross stores. I’ve found some amazing deals on shoes, fragrances, and home décor. So when I heard they were planning on opening a new store in my area I was excited. When it first initially opened everything was good and it was well stocked. Unfortunately after the holiday season it all went down hill. They went from two racks of fragrances to one. Their electronic accessories section was pathetic with empty hooks and very little merchandise. Their shoe selection did not have much of a selection. And their racks of clothes weren’t very full. It was disappointing and sort of puzzling as to why they were not bringing in new merchandise. What kind of store doesn’t want to offer stuff for their customers to buy? Recently I stopped by again after a couple months and it really has not improved. It’s sad really, I guess I’ll just go to the other locations in town.
