Something shady going on here. I’ve never set foot in this place yet they sent me a bill claiming they’d received partial payment from me that month and needed the rest. WTH??? You’ve never gotten a thing from me because you didn’t exist for me until you suddenly asked me for money out of the blue.
My dentist for the past year is way on the other side of town by hwy99 My dentist prior to them was in the town I lived in previously. I’m not amused and you people need to get yourselves sorted out.

Been going here for awhile, and I got to say they do great work! Staff is friendly and have never had any issues with the work that I have had done.
Unfortunately I will not be returning to this business. Had to have a crown put in and got estimate that was 500 out of pocket. Not bad, right? So I had the work done.
The bill came a month later with a crown lengthening charge on it. This wasn’t on the estimate. And it was no small deal it was another 500 out of pocket. This was never mentioned to me during either visit for the crown and never even knew they cut my gums, they weren’t even sore after the work.
All in all, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice… Well that’s not gunna happen. Too bad I really thought I had a good dentist this time :(

I went here over six months months ago for a basic check-​up and was told I would need a lot of additional work on my teeth (fillings, deep cleaning, etc.). They didn’t do anything except take x-​rays and briefly look at my teeth and tell me to make an appointment to come back for a longer visit to get all of that work done. For various reasons, mostly because my insurance had lapsed unexpectedly, I didn’t go back here.
I recently went to another office and was told that none of the work suggested by the dentist here was necessary. Of course, medical professionals can disagree, but it’s hard not to rush to judgment when one dentist says I need 4 – 5 fillings and other work that added up to an estimated $ 1.5k+ and the other says I don’t even have cavities and a dental hygienist can do all the work that I need.

I don’t know about you but I am nervous about going to a new dentist. I have been in Fresno since the middle of December due to an illness in my family. I am from Michigan so I had to find a dentist here because of a filling that partially came out. Great dentist, great friendly, professional staff. I highly recommend this location.

Dr Arnold has been our family dentist for several years now. I must say we like his services very much! Hes always done a great job for our family. His staff is very friendly and helpful. The office is very clean. He will even crack and joke or two with u to make u feel better. I mean u are seeing the dentist!!! He does give u a break in price if u pay cash!!! I will continue to use his services, however i hope i never have to see him again!!! Ya know what i mean!!!
