Bought couches in Madera store and having issues getting them delivered ! Manager Tony was unprofessional and argued with me instead of apologizing for getting the day mixed up ! Blamed it on me the customer I took half day off and waited for nothing. They were too busy wanting to blame the delivery place when the store called me and they basically called me a liar !

I would give a zero if I was able but can’t. We received our mattress and bed set on time but we had to wait for them to come back weeks later to install the bed because they didn’t have the right screws. But the worst part was the box spring they sold us had yellow mold and was used. The mattress also had spots all over it and looked used as well. I showed the video on fb and it went viral because of how bad it was. We reported them to better business bureau and they told better business bureau that they didn’t have a receipt from us. A manager then messaged me on fb(extremely unprofessional) saying that we had given them the wrong name to look up. Which I do think happened but I’m positive they knew the name was linked to us because they’ve been dealing with us so much. Just another lame excuse in my opinion. They also said we bought a floor model which we never did yet another excuse. I told them even if it was a floor model they should have never sold that to anyone regardless because it was disgusting. Horrible business stay away don’t waste your time or money. They don’t care about their customers they just want your money. We should’ve been comped something or have the price reduced after everything we’ve gone through. But no we just keep getting excuses. Unfortunate that this continues to happen to not only us but others as well.

Would never ever buy from this store ever again. They told me that I would be getting my set of sofa and love seats by 2 – 3 weeks. So I called to check to see if my orders are in, they told me that the love seat are in but just waiting on the sofa. Like wth aren’t they suppose to come together. So basically it’s back order and have to wait for another week. So don’t buy or order from this place unless you want to wait for m a month. By the way the one of girl that works there was rude ass hell when I was talking to her.

I got my furniture with an OK price. the sales person was nice, the delivery for few things was wrong but they took care of it the same day. I have one more furniture to be delivered on Monday, I’m having my fingers crossed. will keep you posted about the delivery

so by looking at all the other one stars. i’m glad i’m not the only person who will never buy or shop here ever again! i’ve seen the delivery guys more times than the kid(jordan) that sold us our furniture! something was wrong 4 times!!! wth for bed wrong! 2.brought chair(different) wrong! 3.order was on back order? lol merchandise got damaged in warehouse(bed)!!! and i got the credit card bill for something i still dont have!!! so upset that they couldn’t even compensate me for waiting, damages, ordering wrong! nothing but blaming each other store/warehouse!!! never again! and yes i still dont have my merchandise i paid for! that i ordered in july!!! the day after i posted this i received my bed and was compensated $ 100.00 a week later for all the trouble. so something is better than nothing.

Read this before you consider buying from there. Worst place ever. I was recommended by one of my friends to go there. We told the guy helping us how much we wanted to spend and what we were looking for. My wife and I clearly stated to him several times that we didn’t want anything that they didn’t have there in stock. We picked out a bedroom set a sectional and a dining room set asking each time if they had it in stock so we could get it that day if not the next day. The staff told us yes on all the items and we asked when they would have it deliver to our home and he said the next day. We called the next day when we were expecting them and they didn’t show up and we talked to the same guy and he said that he told us they didn’t have the items in store and that he never said they would deliver it the next day. If we wouldn’t of gone in there and bugged them and complained I’m not sure we would’ve ever gotten our furniture! One month and one week later we finally got our furniture. Worst place ever would never recommend this place and will never go there again! There rude, they lie and will say anything to get a sale and there to expensive for what they have!

The worse customer service and communication ever for a business. My delivery dates were rescheduled three times. Their back order status is over two months behind. If they would of told me this before I paid them, I would of never purchase furniture from them. Don’t ever buy furniture from them unless you want to wait months for it to be delivered.

My visit here was pleasant, until a month later I walked out upset in tears. I picked out a bed set and a sofa/love seat set. Our sales person Jordan R. helped us with finding our furniture. We purchased a bed set and sofa set. Our sofa set was really nice, he lowered it to $ 900. wow! We paid cash $ 1,500 he said money talks we should get our purchase furniture in a few days. My husband and I walked out happy. 1 week went by and still no phone calls or delivered furniture. I called and was told our love seat was not in stock, I would have to wait another week. I said ok. A month went by, I called again was told this time my night stand was not in stock. That the couches would be here any day now, but the bed set will take another MONTH! Really? WOW! EXCUSES, EXCUSES! Ramos furniture did not call to inform me about any of these so called out of stock items. I purchase these items at the beginning of September. October 2 they finally deliver my couches, but to my surprise my entire bed set came in too. Which Jordan informed me it would take another month. As you can see, I am stressed and running around because this furniture store can t seem to coordinate their time and their staff. They deliver my couches, I thought these couches do not look like the ones I picked out. Thought I was going crazy for a moment. When my husband came home, first thing he said was these couches look different from the ones we pick out. Sure enough we figured these do not look and feel as nice as the ones we wanted. Before I walked back into Ramos Furniture on Shaw/Blackstone to tell them about their error. I did a little research. I went to the other Ramos furniture on Gettysburg/Peach found the exact same set they delivered, asked the sales manager the price. He said $ 800. From there I drove back to the Ramous Furniture on Shaw/Blackstone. Right when I walked in pass the first sales person I saw our sales person Jordan that helped us with our purchase, instantly his ears turned red. He walked away helping another customer. That was when I knew he messed up our order!!! He knows it too, that s why he blushed when he saw me walked in. I tried to explain to the so called manager who seemed like he didn t care. All they did was explain to me I signed the paper stating those are the couches I ordered. Since I had no proof, I could not do anything about it. My theory is our sales person either sold us a nice piece for too cheap and gave us one that looked similar in color to try to weigh out his mistake. Or he sold us a piece that was discontinued and since he was living off that commission, he didn t tell us and on the receipt wrote out a different couch set. I was so upset I walked out in tears. I paid $ 1500 in cash for furniture, In return they missed up my order and treated me like trash. THEYARENOTLOYALTOTHEIRCUSTOMERS. Shady people because they are money hungry. Because after you give them your money, if there is any problems with your order they don t make an effort to inform you. They will cover it up and ignore you. I am a victim of Ramos Furniture Scandal! If you are going to purchase furniture here because it s cheap. MAKESUREYOUTAKE A PICTUREOFTHEPURCHASEDFURNITUREATTHESHOWROOM! The store is clean and the parking is easy. The prices seem a little on the higher side. Not much of a recliner selection. Ive had friends in the past that have had problems with this store! Went to browse cause were looking for some living room furniture. Lots of off name brands. Don’t think i will purchase anything here!!! Also the sales reps don’t hover over u!!!
