Easy to see from Herndon or Blackstone. Easy to get in and out. Good, quick service. Although not a large store, they seem to be quite busy and do a lot of business.

Over a month ago I needed a .75 cent capacitor. I took my three year old with me because I was babysitting. She insisted on some $ 18 teddy bear. Of course, I bought it for her. A day later she forgets all about it. So I boxed up the damn bear and made plans to return it.
34 days later I attempted to return it to a different store, Fowler/​Herndon. No help because the stubborn CSR cited the return policy is within 30 days, and the manager was not available to exercise any kind of reasonable judgement.
So I attempted to return it to this store, Blackstone/​Herndon. Luckily, this CSR allowed the return and gave me a Radio Shack gift card so I could only spend it at radio shack. Now that’s what I call «reasonable judgement.»
I plan to return and buy an AC adapter. Boom! I’m happy and Radio Shack gets to keep the same damn $ 18 they originally pryed out of my tight, stingy hands.

The staff was helpful the second I walked in and hit the buzz alarm, the lady that helped me was making sure she could find whatever I was looking for, but I know the item I was looking for was an online item only, but she did try to find one, but at last she could not. I did however need batteries and she then showed me where they were located, then I comment I should have picked more up while they were on sale, as no signage was at the second display case, she advised me that all the Radio Shack batteries were still on sale and of course I was a happy person to know that, I quickly pick up my batteries and went straight for the counter with my purchase of batteries, she rang me up and we both were very happy, again thank you to the lady that helped me as she was a great sales associate.

It’s a small radioshack, but everyone forgets about this spot, especially around Christmas time. That makes «this» particular RS special.
