Me and my family had a reservation at 8 for a booth. We get their at 7:55 and she tells us to wait to be seated. We wait tell 8:10 and after several people that came after are seated, I ask her is going to take long. She tells me that yes because we requested a booth at the time of reservation(we reserved a booth at 8 not 8:30). I tell her it doesn’t have to be a booth, she says theirs a table outside so I said sure. 5 minutes later we are yet to be seated so I ask her again, do you even have a table outside or at we just going to continue waiting? She rudely tells me that I need to wait to be seated. Here is an idea, if you can’t honor your reservation… DONTDO A RESERVATION. And on top of it don’t be rude about it! Will never come back again!

Had lunch here yesterday after going to VCH before having a 2 hour drive back home. Got seated promptly, and had a awesome lunch of Mongolian beef. Lunch size portions are just right and at a great price. Our waiter was very attentive and brought us to-go cups filled with our drinks for us to take with us!

Our server June was an absolute peach! She was friendly, funny, kind, attentive, and professional. This was my first time dining here since I was a little kid and I will definitely be coming back thanks to June! I couldn’t decide what to order(everything sounded so good lol) so June recommended the honey chicken and I was not disappointed at all! It was delicious! She was even nice when she saw the rice my 9 month old had dropped on the floor. Thank you so much June for your service! Keep up the good work!

I love this place, their food is great but their ordering system has failed me so much! This is the third time I’ve ordered, gotten there and find myself waiting over half hour for my food. I usually get there five min before the pick up time. It’s so disappointing for a restaurant like PF Chang’s to have such bad communication skills. Sad to say, I won’t be ordering pick up from here anymore. If your planning to dine in, enjoy. Don’t, don’t order for pick up unless you love to wait.

Heard alot of people talking about this place had high hope for it had the crab raccoon and the Korean BBQ chicken. It was both disappointing both lack flavor the crab raccoon just tasted like cream cheese and the Korean BBQ I only tast the spicy sauce only. In my opinion I think this place is Americanized just like panda express it’s not really Asian

Here for a birthday party. Had a reservation, and was seated right away. Immediately asked about and received our drinks from the gal that sat us. Steve ended up being our server and he was great. Extremely polite and attentive and checked on us multiple times. We had wonton soup, garlic noodles, Cali rolls, honey chicken, brown/white rice. The food was good, but for the size of the entrée compared to the price, this place is high. Enjoyable night, and despite the price, we’ll be back…

Had some friends take us out for dinner here, and I have to say we were not disappointed. The first thing that you notice is the ambiance, the lighting, and the gorgeous Chinese mural on the wall. Then comes the food. The fried rice was delicious, as well as the chicken dishes and the mongolian beef. I thought it was an okay value. It’s not a bad place to come every once and awhile to try something a little bit different, like higher-end Chinese food.

Hostess not very friendly. Make you feel like you should not be standing there. Our waitress and server on the other hand were pleasant. Food was not good at all. Way too sweet for me. The openness is strangely uncomfortable. Overall, not a place I would recommend.

I have nothing negative to say at all. I was very impressed with the dining area atmosphere and décor. The service was really great, nice people. Food was incredible. I had the beef & broccoli, everything was perfect about it. I got to try sake for the 1st time ever, loved that too. Comes in a small porcelain vase. I will definitely return.

Aesthetics: 5⁄5. I loved the architecture and ambiance. Service: 3⁄5. Not bad, but not good. Other servers seemed happy, maybe ours was just having a bad day. Food: 3⁄5. Pretty average, not much to say. Value: 2⁄5. Overpriced and small portions for a Chinese restaurant. Easily finished the dishes we ordered, no leftovers. I didn’t have a bad experience, but nothing about it will cause me to return, not when there are so many great Chinese restaurants in town.

PF Changs is the only way I can get my husband to River Park. The dinner for 2 with Mongolian Beef, handmade pork fried dumplings & honey or sesame chicken with the banana egg rolls for dessert is his favorite. Its also the only resteraunt that he knows exactly what he wants. We have never had bad service here either. Tonight was my husbands birthday & our server Jason was impeccable. So thank you PF Changs & Jason for help making my husbands night memorable. You have succeded again as usual.

Five stars for our date night. Our server June was top notch. She happily went above and beyond. Helping us take pics for our anniversary date and surprising us with a dessert. She was gracious and attentive. It looked like the prices went up but it was worth it. The service, ambiance and yummy food was lovely. Thanks June!

My girlfriend wanted to have dinner for her birthday at P.F. Chang’s. A reservation of 9 was made and half of our group was late. While we waited, our server June was very patient. We ordered some appetizers and the were quite good. Once everyone arrived, June answered all the questions we had and made recommendations. The place was loud, but we were part of the noise, so no real complaint there. The food was served in a timely fashion and tasted great. Our service was top notch. After dinner, Amy was treated to a free dessert for her birthday. We could not have asked for a nor perfect night. There was a little confusion with my bill after our visit. Hastily, I wrote a poor review on Unilocal instead of contacting the restaurant. Through Unilocal I was contacted in regards to the complaint and the issue was swiftly and professionally resolved. Thank you P.F. Chang’s. We will return again.

Ok so P.F. Changs is one of those horrible Americanized representations of another culture that makes Asian Fusion food in an atmosphere very different than you experience in most of the other Asian restaurants in town. Chain restaurants are always problematic in some way, and P.F. Changs is no exception. With that being said… I kinda love this place. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not going to gush about how amazing everything is. The décor is reminiscent of a lounge/bar, and for some reason the openness of the restaurant makes me feel really uneasy. I guess I just like the vague concept of privacy, where as this almost feels like a cafeteria. However, there’s something about it that just keeps bringing me back. I know I made that sound vague as if I didn’t really know what kept bringing me back, but I do… the crispy green beans appetizer, and the Ma Po Tofu. If it weren’t for those two dishes you wouldn’t see me in this place. Yes, my friends love this stuff too. They enjoy the crackling beef, and the Mongolian Beef is apparently legendarily good, but it just doesn’t matter to me. Ma Po Tofu, and Crispy Green Beans. I teetered between this being a 3 star or 4 star review, and I had to give it a 4 because any place that I crave badly enough to keep going back despite my many misgivings must deserve a higher score. Enjoy your pseudo-Asian food my friends!

I don’t know if living in America for four years converted me to be American in taste for food, but this place was pretty authentic and legit in taste to Chinese cuisine, and the best part, this restaurants has got to be the classiest and best decorated casual dining Chinese restaurant in Fresno. Now Im not going to go as far as saying everything on the menu is authentic, but the option I always order the last few times has been pretty similar to places like Hunan and New City a local favorite where auntheticness is resembled closely to the Chinese cuisine. Furthermore, the ingredients used was better in quality and the portion was very generous for the price. Keeping in mind that this place is not cheap, prices ranging $ 14 and up per meal(for dinner time). I ordered the Moo Goo Gai Pan $ 14.50 and Sesame Chicken $ 14.50 to be shared between 2 people. Both dishes came with a bowl of rice each and the dish was generously portioned, more than perfect for the 2 of us. The Moo Goo Gai Pang had a very authentic taste, almost similar to chap choy that I can find in Malaysia. The portion of the thinly sliced chicken breast and jumbo shrimp was impressive, the taste had a perfect balance, tasted very light and perfectly salted, the accompaniments of carrots, celery, water chestnut and bak choy really made this dish perfect for a healthy diet and its light chicken broth mixed with cornstarch was very light and delicious to east with rice. On the opposite side was the sesame chicken, which to me is a very good version of their sweet and sour chicken at PF Changs, I mean this is what they should call their sweet and sour chicken, the other thing they so call sweet and sour chicken on their menu is to be avoided, that to me is a dessert not a meal, because its extremely sweet. The sesame chicken tasted really good, the chicken breast pieces had a nice crispy layer yet juicy on the inside and perfectly seasoned, the sauce was a nice balance of spicy, tangy, slightly sweet and salty, which was perfect and very authentic to a sweet and sour dish in China, almost taste similar to something I have tasted in Guangzhou. The ambience is very classy with lighted candles at night and dimly lit lights, its very romantic and intimate for the evening. The service was really good, water was always filled and wait time for for was possibly 15 minutes. I do love eating my Chinese food in the bowl with chopstick and eating here I got to do that, so overall I felt I had a very authentic experience. The best advice for anyone eating here, is to order the right thing, order the wrong thing and you will be experiencing something so different, because not everything on the menu is great. Finally, always ask for spicy food, and customize the taste to your liking, because you can at PF Changs. Parking is also very easy, especially at dinner time on weekdays.

We made reservations for 5 and were promptly seated. Food was delicious. We had salt and pepper shrimp. It was outstanding. We also had spicy chicken and that was yummy. Not too spicy. Server was attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back!
