THIEFS– I use to love shopping in New York NY Woman’s Clothing BUT in October I had placed an order online to pick up two Sweaters in the store, a few days later I received two emails stating my order was ready for pick up, so the next day I’m making the hour and twenty minute drive to pick them up, while on the drive there I received two phone message once I had cell service the first call was to tell me my order was not filled due to not having items in stock, the second call was from the store manager telling me that I didn’t need to come in the store that she contacted Corpert office to issue me a refund. I I didn’t go to the store. Well a few days later I checked my back account and no refund. I called the store and talked to the store manager she went in back and found my order had been in the store, she apologize and told me if I still wanted the items I’d have to pay for them again since she had called to issue a refund. So I gave her my bank card over the phone and my daughter picked up the sweaters with a refund receipt and a purchase receipt and a apologie note. Well I NEVER received my first refund. I called the store several times I went in twice watched and listened to the store manager as she was trying to get my refund issued. Same thing always said It will be issued in a few days. I emailed customer service with pictures of my receipts the letter and my bank statements. I tried calling myself. Well it’s been 3 months and still have not received my $ 64.00 yet! I am very disappointed in this whole thing. So beware shopping online for a store pick up. They are not very organized. Meanwhile I will still try and received my refund.
