I went in to get a card for my aunts birthday and I wasn’t sure what I was going to get… the employee working at the time (Ashleigh or ashley, idk how to spell it) was very helpful and helped me find the perfect card! I definitely will be coming back and hopefully she is working again… she provided great customer service

I had only entered the store, off the mall, when I was immediately greeted by a delightful young woman who wanted to know if she could help me. Ah yes, I wanted to know if they had Christmas cards for hairdressers. My wonderful, fantastic charmer of hair deserves only the best, which Hallmark promises to give. Why, yes, they did, and instead of saying, «it’s on aisle 6,» she went right over to the racks, bent over and dug around until she found the card, retrieving it with an envelope for me. What glorious service.
I proceeded to wander around the store finding all sorts of wonderful Christmas wraps and charms. Upon checking out, the very nice young man at the cash register told me I could select a free mega roll of Christmas gift wrap. More glorious service.
Why can’t more stores in Fresno be like this Hallmark store? I sure hope it’s a gold crown store, because if it’s not, it should be. They give golden service.
