If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. We received our pizza extremely under cooked. When I called to let them know, I spoke to the manager who insisted that the pizza was fine. She also had a HORRIBLE attitude. That was my first and LAST time ordering from that Me N Eds.

If I could give no stars I would. Better off getting Little Caesar’s. The customer service wasnt the greatest in the first place, and i could have forgiven this if the pizza was decent… but it wasnt. If you like canned mushrooms and a burned pizza then this is the place to go to. I fortunately will never be back.

We have never eaten in the restaurant, but are regular consumers via delivery. We love the pizza and the customization. The people (even though you can tell its a very busy place –at least everytime we order you can hear a lot of people in the background) they are always friendly and the product we receive is exactly what we asked for. Great staff. Good food. And we like that we can order more than just pizza. Pretty good value for your money too.

Poor customer service definitely. They mesed up on my order & the manager April couldn’t even acnowledge her staff messed & didn’t offer an apology or something for the inconvenience. This isn’t the first time they mess up

OK so the staff is a bunch of kids and all of them are dopes; unprofessional and unfriendly. Its like they have some tweener contest going on to see who can deliver the worst customer experience.
The calzones are great though! If the owner can find competent management, they could do great with travelers in the hotels looking for a good meal with reasonable pricing.
Its not in the best area, not dangerous but certainly dirty. One plus is that there is a great «dive» liquor store in the complex that sells singles, beer or malt liquor, to wash your meal down right!

Wow Me n Eds pizza is good and all, but the staff that they have working there is ridiculous. Half of them are the rudest people you’ll ever meet… especially this lady who obviously has a miserable life because she is rotten to the core… and the other half are totally brain dead. What do I have to do to get a decent person on the phone over here?

The place is dense, dark and gloomy every time my sister and I come back here. The services is great, however, but I wish the pack of people back in the old days come back and party and party however they want. I miss it. Now for the pizza, I normally ordered a large half and half meat lover and Hawaiian. I normally eat few slices and take them home, which is okay cause I’m not big on eating all at once per visit. It’s great, just wish again it’s pack.

not bad — thin and tasted light. the veggie was pretty good! fresh ingredients. they didn’t use tomato sauce but alfredo instead. we ordered the crispy potato wedges which i liked a LOT! they were like the kfc ones but flakier, and the potatoes were more fresh. ketchup only came in packets and ranch only came in containers? they had a mini arcade, and we saw some families there. anyway, pricing is ok, we were all very full after, though it’s not the cleanest place.

This is my all time favorite pizza! It’s not fancy pizza, it’s the kind that goes great with Bud Light on a hot day. It’s the kind of pizza place that you go to to play quarters after a softball game with a huge group of rowdy people.
When I was younger we actually did those things. I love Me-​N-​Eds and this is the one closest to my folks house. We used to go to the one on Ashlan and Cedar after softball games but you get the idea. I’m sure they’ve got great combinations but I love just plain and simple pepperoni. For those of you fancy pizza eaters, you’ll probably not like this place but it’s what I grew up on.
