I was just in the store about an hour ago helping a friend pick out an engagement setting which I had told him to try your store before he settled on his purchase. The older blonde hair lady was helping him. She was rude and abrupt and the comments she made about my ring was just unprofessional and tacky. I left the store and I will never be back let alone recommend anyone else shop there. It was truly a terrible experience.

Top notch sales people. Stacy is awesome! Would highly recommend them for any major jewelry purchase. Not driven by how much you spend, but by your comfort and fit. Very enjoyable shopping experience!

Helped my fiancée and I find the perfect wedding setting to represent our union. Fair pricing and took some of our old gold and diamonds to trade in toward our purchase. They do free cleanings and fix jewelry for next to nothing! Most professional jewelers in town!

My boyfriend (at the time and now my wonderful husband,) and I have searched for years for the perfect ring. We found it at Lewis Diamond Co. What’s great about this place is Christie and Tyson. Hands down, the most kind and knowledgable people we’ve ever met in the jewelry industry. We have met many jewelry sellers, but Christie and team, by far, was the business that stood out from every other company out there. Christie knows what customer service is all about and she makes you feel like family. Feeling like you’re part of their family is a wonderful feeling! Their selection is plentiful and beautiful, you get what you pay for and you definitely will have an amazing experience with Christie. Go there! BUT to work directly with Christie, visit on Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday. They have Verragio rings which are incredibly detailed and a unique brand. I receive compliments all of the time on my ring and matching wedding band. A must for anyone who’s ready to propose! (10 stars if it were possible!)

What a wonderful job the sales team and jewelers have done with the my FIANCÉ!!! Juan had several options of jewelers to pick from, since we’ve moved to LA he had been checking in with several jewelers down there and never felt quiet as taken care of, listened to, and welcomed as he did in Fresno Jewelry Mart. They answered all his questions and let him sit and debate internally between this stone or that for hours. The quality of the diamond and the quality of personal care they provided have truly made his ring buying amazing. He shared with me that he was floored at how fast they got the ring made and ready for him even though he purchased on a Saturday and picked up the next Tuesday which happened to be Christmas Eve no less!!!
As the receiver of the ring I am in love with the quality and care I can see! They even will provide free cleaning anytime and every time I want to walk in!!! Can’t believe I’m engaged and how simple the process was!

I have to thank the entire Lewis Family for making my diamond earring shopping experience feel like I was being hosted by my family. I am a typical guy and don’t know the first thing about what do look for when it comes to quality, but Tyson, Christie, and the entire staff made the process so easy. There’s something special about trust when it comes to buying a gift for someone you love and I assure everyone that buying with the Lewis family will walk away knowing they got great quality at a fair price. Don’t shop for a diamond anywhere else!

This is a perfect jewelry store! Such personnelized service. The person I worked with Kathy was awesome ! Very noligable, and nice. Great ideas ! Designed a custom necklace. It was reasonable and done early, loved it! I will return here for every thing I need and want!

I went in to return a gift that was purchased here and possibly look around to exchange for something I liked better. Unfortunately upon walking in I was not even greeted. There were two women who sat at desks who glanced up at me and gave not so much as a smile. Finally a gentleman toward the back of the room came forward to help me. He was friendly which is why they got the second star. But I definitely felt prejudged like I didn’t look rich enough or that I was not the sort of clientele they preferred. Too bad, I took my money elsewhere! Didn’t even bother to look at what else they had because of how blatantly rude those women came off in not even acknowledging my presence.
