I really like Lane Bryant and they are my go-to store when I need something specific in my size. I HATE this particular store though. I have tried going here several times. Every single time I have been ignored as a customer. It has been so bad that even though I wanted to purchase something, I’ve ended up leaving because the sales staff were so rude or totally unavailable. Even when I have had the other LB store call this one to check stock, they have hung up on them!
They desperately need to hire managers to train their sales staff how to effectively sell their product and be present on the sales floor. I won’t ever go back to this store.
