Jack In The Box

Let me begin by saying this is not the first time I go to this restaurant. I like this particular jack in the box because it’s fast and food us fresh. But today I had a horrible probably worst experience. I went on my lunch for my go to meal, spicy chicken sandwich. Did not check my bag for contents because usually everything is fine. But today I get to work ready to eat my meal my curly fries are good, warm and fresh. But when I open my burger I seen that it was something else. It was a jalapeño something with cheese. When I ordered on drive thru I specifically told the girl NO CHEESE! Twice! My order was completely wrong you think they could have at least gotten the cheese correct! I am so upset, I tried calling location to advise them of there mistake no answer called 3 times! Voice-​mail isn’t even an option. I feel like I was cheated off my $ 8 meal because of someone’s mistake. I understand they could of gotten it wrong with busy lunch rush. I was on my lunch or else I would have returned. Thrown burger, what a waste. Poor service, there was no one else in line for drive thru while I was there. Someone fix this error people go on there lunch because it’s supposed to be and easy. We all don’t get an hour lunch.

So today is National Cheeseburger day and wanted to celebrate with a nice juice burger. Initially I was going to get a «Sour Dough Jack» however I don’t think that qualifies as a cheeseburger (Sandwich right??). I ended up ordering a Butter Topped Bacon and Swiss burger. The concept looked really cool however the burger was a complete disappointment.
When I pulled this burger out of the box, it literally dripped butter all over my company vehicle! So gross! I was already on freeway or else I would have came back to return it for something else. My stomach could only bear half of this butter dipped burger (picture does no justice) Needless to say, I chuck the burger and only ate the fries;Hot and Fresh.
The window cashier was very friendly and was not aware of «National Cheeseburger Day» which I thought was odd being that they work at burger joint :)
Overall Jack in The Box has great items, this one, however was not one of them.

Coming from Milwaukee (driving) and seeing a Jack in the box here I’m like OMG JITB!!! Stopped here grabbed my large unsweetened tea with lemon. Drive thru moved quickly and was greeted by a very energetic beautiful Asian girl. They were super friendly and I just love California and their happiness lol. Service was fast and done. Thanks for great service!

I have been here a few times. I don’t even live near the location. Today a lady named Kassie helped me and was wonderful. My food tasted good and was presented well. She had a smile the whole time and made sure I had everything when I picked up my food. I don’t give out a lot of 5 stars but when comparing this location to other fast food it is one of the best. Thank you for a great meal Kassie and everyone who helped cook it. Wonderful job. I’ll be back

I went in through the drive thru. Lisa was the lady that was running the drive thru. When I placed my order, she asked if I wanted cheese on my chicken sandwich. I told her no thank you and that I wanted only lettuce. She asked to make sure I didn’t want any sauce or anything else. Sometimes when I say lettuce only, they (other Jack in the Box’s) put mayo on it still. Lol. So, I was glad that she confirmed with me that I didn’t want any sauce. After I told her what fries I wanted, she asked me if I wanted my meal small, medium, or large. Honestly, I was completely shocked by this question. Only reason that I was shocked is because she gave me a choice from all 3. Normally EVERY Jack in the Box that I go to says, «Ok. Medium or large?» Making it sound like small isn’t an option… which if you pick one of the 2 sizes they offered you, you might not realize, you’re paying for that extra charge. I mean, I get trying to up sell, but if you’re trying to sell something to someone, tell them all their options. Long story short, she asked all the right questions and was extremely pleasant the whole time from he great to saying thank you/​goodbye. Honestly, one of the best drive thru employees I’ve come across in a long time. Great job hiring her (Lisa), Jack!!!

I personally like this jack in the box. I come here all the time, especially late night when I get a pregnancy craving!
Try the tacos with no cheese dunked in ranch. YUM!
The only thing that really sucks is that I have a knack for showing up when they’re cleaning the shake machine.

Jumbo platter is not so jumbo on eggs but jumbo cooked (over cooked) on bacon.
Pleasant manager but everyone was busy with drive thru so I had to wait a while to order. The people that came in after me had to wait longer

My experience with this Jack in the Box has had its ups and downs. Some of the workers are absolutely amazing and some are just eh. Sometimes the food tastes fresh and sometimes it tastes as if it had been sitting in a container or microwave for hours.
My experience last night was fantastic, I went after hours because I had just watched X-​Men, great movie by the way, and the cashier in the drive thru was so patient and helpful. She was very friendly.
The food came out FRESH even though it was after hours and I really appreciate that.

Tho the burger i got was good i waited like 10 – 15 minutes to get my order not only that but they got my order wrong. I usually dnt like giving a bad review but since i went there on my 30 minute break kuz i wanted sumthin fast i give it a 2 star just kuz the burger was good hopefully next time i go i kan update my review to sumthin better than 2 stars

Well it’s fast food, waited a long bit for a simple order but what do u expect from a chain like this, only thing bad was the manager or leader or whatever she was, was loud and shouting out thethings the crew were doing wrong in the back, I found this amusing and funny, kids and first jobs gotta love it so that’s it basic food nothing special
