The service here is horrible our server can’t handle her section at all we are ready to order and she says I have 2 tables ahead of you which is 2 tables that were actually seated after us and they got their drinks first too this is ridiculous we will go to dennys from now on will never come here again if I could give no stars I would

Good service, waitress was very friendly and I was glad our table wasn’t «checked on» every two minutes. Food was so-​so, I ordered a Crêpe that tasted like a blanket with strawberry syrup on it. Really satisfied with the unlimited pancakes and I suggest ordering that over any of the «sweet» options.

We were seated at a table smeared with syrup. The table was placed at a very strange angle unlike any other table. Subsequently, waitresses were crowded getting through a narrow space between our table and booths. Poor service; breakfast wasn’t great, and we won’t be back. There are other good choices for breakfast in Fresno.

Seriously the worst service I’ve ever had the waitress is just standing in the back doing nothing while all her tables just wait, asked for water with lemon she handed us water with no lemon and no straws and waited like 20 more minutes to take our order 30+ minutes later when the food finally came out, it was wrong. Plus we didn’t even have silverware the first 45 minutes we were here. Service was bad food was bad and it’s sorta dirty, just don’t come here.

We went to this I hop just because we were on a walk but when we walked in our waiter was very friendly and polite and wasn’t afraid to have a conversation. We had Larry as our waiter as well. He was telling us he enjoys traveling to. And he pretty well knows everything that they have on their menu by heart. The food was cooked great. The tbone isn’t the best quality but I’m a beef critic. But wasn’t bad especially for the price.
It was a slow night so we pretty much had the place to ourself a just few other people in there. I would def recommend this place to anyone for a good meal with great service. Get the t bone medium with sunny side up eggs and the pancakes with strawberry syrup. Hit the spot

Worst service ever. I needed a to go order and no one answered the phones. I drove to this location and thought to just order at the desk. I waited 15 minutes and no one came to the front desk.

What can I say? Sometimes you just crave French toast, and they got it along with all the other amazing breakfast goodies that we Americans love to eat. They’re really going outta their way to impress their guest with their lighter fare menus and for those who have high cholesterol and are watching their weight. So get the good with the bad. Service was great as far as diners go. And food was delivered very prompt it’s just that it was not all that good that’s why I had to give it 3 stars. Sorry. Tasted like rubber crepes, cafeteria toast, and salad dressing from a bottle. But my 15 yr old really likes it

Oh my god! I think our waiter was nAmed Larry and he was incredible!!! Nothing makes me happier than being able to say that I had a truly delightful experience at a restaurant!!! I hate having to give low reviews so writing this is just making me smile.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeting by the waiter warmly and he welcomed the three of us and we were seated with drinks right away.
we ordered so much food and it came out in a timely matter hot and fresh. I hadn’t been to IHOP in some time but Lordy it was delicious.
I’ll come back for the food but mostly for the amazing service!!! Such a good waiter! Thanks again for the good experience!

Ambee was our awesome hostess. I was worried when I saw how full the place was.
However, we were seated and served in 15 minutes. Dang! That was perfect!
It helps to know what you want and to have a smaller group. We also asked for the check right after getting served. We ate and paid in 15 minutes. It just took us 30 minutes and now I have time to write this review.
One negative… Steamy estinky baño. It’s No bueno when the bathrooms are warm and don’t smell like fresh linen. –2 stars

We went to this restaurant this morning and I ordered the 2 egg breakfast with a sweet cream crêpe. This is my usual order I have had this many times before. The two egg breakfast was good as usual but the sweet cream crêpe tasted like kerosene. We told the waitress and she said they would take 10 percent off the bill. I didn’t care about the bill I was worried about what I just ate in the sweet cream crêpe. I had only taken two bites and my throat was sore. I flagged down the waitress and let her know it tasted bad. The waitress said can I bring you another crêpe? I said no I am afraid to eat one. She says we have ones without the cream cheese? Hmm, did she know something was wrong with the cream cheese? My husband tasted it and he tasted the same thing and he only had 1 small bite. After we left we both felt sick. The waitress and cashier did not seem concerned.

I am really disappointed at the cooks. They attempted to hide a burnt pancake underneath 2 other semi burnt pancakes. It was awful! Those should have been tossed out and never served. I have a picture of it and will surely be posting this on Unilocal.Never coming back to this particular location.

Today at ihop (July 7^th 2015) they had .57 short stack pancakes. That was the reason for our visit. We got there early cause we knew it was going to be busy. Good thing cuz it was packed when we left. Upon arrival I noticed there was a good amount of parking so I was happy about that. We were seated within 3 minutes and that also made me very happy. The hostess was nice and our menu, table and seats were clean. Then my babies had to use the potty so I took them. Bum bum baaaaaaahhhhhhhhhm… the bathroom has this disgusting sulfuric smell and they tried to mask it with another overwhelming imitation strawberry scent. My oldest (3yrs) was gaging and she got me going. We were in and out as fast as we could hold our breath. Gross! The bathroom will say a lot about a place you know? As for the food, it was fresh and came fast. The girls got the Nutella crepes and those were good. I got a short stack and that was more than enough to fill me. The server was polite and attentive. She took notice of the baby in the car seat and helped me out with him. I love that. Most restaurants don’t honor children very much so when they take notice it’s a real big plus for me cuz I have 3 little ones and I treasure them dearly. Ended up spending $ 20 despite the sale and that includes tip and drinks.

Food was great. I ordered the peach cobbler pancakes a la mode and they were great. Good prices. Fast service.
The pancakes weren’t really dry. I liked this because i didn’t need to drown the pancakes in syrup to enjoy them.

THIS particular store is good.

Came in around 430 pm. We were not greeted, instead, we were quoted at 4 and the hostess took off with menus without a word. We were not asked if we wanted drinks for about 15 minutes… Mind you, there are only 3 or 4 other tables. The server/​hostess was running around flustered as can be complaining about how the tables should be someone else’s problem.
Finally we were able to place an order. Here’s where the major problem comes in. I ordered the 2 egg breakfast, with TURKEY sausage… I do not eat pork for religious reasons. Meal came… Pork sausage and over cooked eggs… I send it back and our server and the cooks argue over whether it is Turkey or not. plate comes back… Eggs are fine, but pork, once again… When I bring it up, she has the audacity to argue with me and say some guy said it was Turkey. I eat a lot of Turkey sausage… I know the difference for a fact.
Should have never given them a second chance after they put bacon, yes, bacon in a Florentine omelette for absolutely no reason except to do it.
And with no manager in sight, Absolutely ridiculous.

I don’t get why this place has bad ratings. It’s not a local joint, it’s a chain. You already know what’s on the menu before coming in so why give it a one star because you think it’s turning America obese. People are trippin.
First off, THIS particular store is good. The food came out right and seemed to taste even better than the other store across town. The service was excellent. Our waitress greeted us at the door with enthusiasm and treated us really respectfully. Even close to midnight, their service was great. This area also has an outside patio so it would be nice to actually come during morning. Food came out quick and it tasted great. It’s exactly how anyone would imagine an IHOP.

Well… why does one go to IHOP. When you’ve fasted for 12 hours just left Kaiser and it’s 7am that’s when you go to IHOP, then regret it for the next 4 hours.
Service was fine, cofee decent maybe not hot enough. Plate full of ham and cheese omlette, side of crispy outside raw inside hashrown and two Q-​tip skinny links… What we have here is fast food served on a plate. Have to mention also that I’m not sure how much a side of Q-​tip links are, wait a second here, found my bill $ 10.99 for the omlette $ 2.59 for coffee and «really» $ 2.59 for two nasty links ! $ 17.89 inc tax people !
Save yourelf many bucks and just do a dollar menu drive thru… the intestinal aftermath will be the same and you’ll save a few bucks…

Wow! So we sat down and server brought us menu’s. Huge menus full of unhealthy options. We looked around and the portions were so big we kept wondering why would a restaurant serve this kind of food when we have 60% of obese people in this country.
There was a mother with her 4 – 5 year old child. The kid was crying, screaming and behaving so poorly. In front of her she had a plate with waffles (4 or 5 of them), no fruit just fake syrups and whipped cream. The plate was bigger than the child’s head! Really? Mom! This is a child abuse! All this overload of dead food with no nutrition and bunch of carbs, gluten and sugar! Why are people eating this junk?
We got 2 eggs, 2 sausages and fruit bowl instead of pancakes. We had to ask for silverware. We got coffee with no spoon to stir sugar in.
IHOP pls change your menu’s! Put something healthy like real fruit. The fruit bowl was terrible! Or add how many calories each meal really has. You have the power to become part of the solution instead of the problem.

We stopped in here for breakfast the staff was really nice the food tasted good and the prices were on par with all the other IHOP we liked it the place was clean and the service was good no complaints
