Always get great service friendly love it here bought our first harley here made it very easy to complete process and any time we have questions for parts the parts department is on top of it. Service is always friendly and they get the bike done fairly quickly they are a busy store so sometimes they are just that. Have yet to be ignored like at the Mathews store. It’s almost like making new friends here

I bought my Nightster from them several years ago and traded it in for a used trike, 2010 Triglide, that they had. What I didn’t know nor did they tell me was they had left in the original worn out battery and even though it only had 6,000 miles on it, the rear brake were worn out. And that is how they sell used bikes. When I took it in for the 10,000 mile service, nothing was said to me but within days, I started having problems. Ever time I took it back, it was something else and they always had to have the bike for a week. The last time, they said I needed to replace the clutch cable, which they did. In a few hundred miles it was feeling worse than ever. They told me it just needed adjustment, which they did. and a few hundred miles later, the NEW clutch cable was shredded inside and the clutch was now shot because the clutch wasn’t operating properly. I would no recommend anyone use there service department as they will lie through their teeth to you.

Came in to grab some parts. woaah talk about marl up. Overall their parts guys were pretty decent and knowledgeable. Now the service department, went in there to get a qoute.90 dollars a hour??? Are you kidding me? And the service guy straight up said, this is going to cost you a lot of money. Cocky and kinda arrogant.

Worst customer service ever in the clothing and gifts department. I was standing by the register waiting on the young girl sales associate for nearly 30 mins. She was helping another customer who tried to shrug her off a few times to help me but she didn’t bother to greet me, or ask if I needed help.

I’ve bought a few parts from them they are 10% higher than Mathews I bought a detachable windshield from them when they gave it to me it was out of the box and had been put together because it had been used on a bike in the showroom they would not give me a discount on it because it had been used! They said they could charge me for putting it together! Recently I went in to see if they took bikes in on consignment because I’m thinking of selling my bike they said they don’t take bikes on consignment but they would buy it outright from me and they offered me less than half of what my bike is worth! I do realise that they want to make money but they must of thought that I was stupid enough to fall for giving my bike away! After that I will no longer do any business with them!!!

I just purchased a 2015 Dyna Low Rider from the Fresno dealership on 12÷06÷15. I also ordered the 12″ MX Tbar and the HD quarter faring to be installed. I live in Turlock, which is about an hour and a half away and let me tell you that the drive was worth it for the deal I got! I did a lot of shopping around and Fresno was my last stop to get the bike with the upgrades I wanted for the price I wanted. I saved about 2000+ by buying here and not the Lathrop dealer. When the bike was finished and ready to be picked up, I met with Joey the sales man and the GM Joe, to which they both showed me respect and were happily ready to set me up and show me the bike and show me around the shop. All the employees made me feel like I was apart of the family. If you’re looking for the right place to buy your new bike, this is it! Thank you all at Fresno HD!

I’ve been a HD owner, rider for years. So, it boggles my mind why a HD dealership would take its customers for granted. The shop was absolutely empty. Two gals at counter chatting away while we walked around looking for HD garb. Unfortunately, their selection is limited, but aside from that, not once were we acknowledged throughout the visit. Something else I have noticed, prices have started to creep up. We like to think that we are buying into American Made with Harley Davidson but this isn’t the case. Every HD shop I have been to provides fresh hot coffee, donuts and friendly smiles. Not at this location.

I don’t ride a Harley, I ride Victory, but I’ve been in here to get tires mounted and also just to browse. The store is a bit dated and the clothing and accessory selections are somewhat small, but they have a lot of nice bikes on the floor. Nice shop.

Decent Harley shop in Fresno. Labor rates for the shop are a little higher than I am used to($ 82/hour), as are standard services. However, the staff was helpful, and willing to stay late to get my bike ready. 5K Service + Front Tire + Air Cleaner on an ’05XL1200C = $ 706.

Nice shop. friendly staff, great deals on clothing. bought a bike from them, they gave me the wrong keys, wrong paperwork, got that sorted out a week later. the bike never got a pre delivery inspection before I picked it up. had to adjust the tire pressure and tighten some loose fasteners no big deal. I ordered some accessories didnt tell me there was going to be a long wait for the tour pack when I purchased it. parts dept gave me several stories about when my parts would arrive. a week 2 to 12 weeks. 6 weeks no one knew for sure. wanted to find one on my own quickly gave me lots of excuses why they couldnt cancel my order agreed to try though and assured me they would call me back and let me know. They never called me back. About 8 weeks after the purchase they called to tell me the parts were in. even at this point I was trying to give them the benifit of the doubt, after all they were friendly and seemed as if they were trying but, just didn’t know what they were doing. Despite their best intentions they didn’t impress me as being competent. At about 700 miles the rear wheel bearings locked up. drive belt was way over tightened. I repaired the bike myself. I don’t know anything about their service department, but after so many avoidable problems, I didn’t want to take a chance of anythng else going wrong. two years after buying the bike and no further mechanical problems I am quite happy avoiding this dealership and the frustration of dealing with their staff. If you buy a bike from them check everything, it could save your life.

Ive been shopping here for years for all my harley needs. The service department is good, staff is friendly and quick service if the parts are in stock. If there not in stock its another story!!! Tracy in the clothing department is awsome. If they dont have it she will order it for you. Parts counter will always bend over backwards to find what u need! This is a great location to take care of u. As fare as the prices, well it HD if ya know what i mean!!! Thats at all dealerships, not just this one. Try them out if ya need something!!! KEEPRIDIN!!!

HD of Fresno is one of the best HD stores I’ve ever visited. The staff is friendly, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. If they don’t have it they’ll help you find it, and they might even shop around to help you find a better price while they’re at it. They actually care about serving the customers and making people happy.
