I’m shocked by the other reviews. I made sure I knew what I had and what it was worth before I went in. It wasn’t worth a lot and I know they need to take a cut because they have to cover overhead costs and I respect that. These guys offered me an insulting fraction of the value, when I called them on it they came up a couple of bucks. I went to Fresno Coin and they made a fair offer without any haggling. Know what you have before you go, knowledge is power.

Before I drove 20 miles out of my way to the Gold Connection, I simply called and was informed that they meltdown all of the jewelry that they purchase and acid and «gel» test them as well. He recommended that I bring my jewelry in to him and that he would weigh it for me. I purchased a professional Smart weigh scale that accurately measures grams, ct and ounces on
for $ 11.00. He suggested that if my jewelry was in mint condition, that he would show me how to sell it on
or Craigslist. How did I feel about our interaction? (Anxious) A-​OK.

This store was recommended to me by a high-​end jeweler here in Fresno, and needless to say I wasn’t disappointed. I went to 5 different stores and this store by FAR gave me the best deal on a ring I was trying to sell. Everyone at the store was friendly, and judging by the amount of time they spend analyzing the jewelry you feel like you’re getting a far deal.

This place is located inside the postal station in the mini mall. Stopped by with a few pieces of jewelery to sell what price they would give. Everything was done right in front of me, the guy didn’t say much, just quietly tested the jewelery.
The amount he offered was fair. Out of 3 places I stopped at, his price was the middle one. If you are in the area, and don’t want to compare shop, then he would be a good place to sell.
