This is a horrible pharmay! Prescription wasn’t ready when I was told it would be so I ended up waiting in the store an additional 20 minutes because the staff is so unorganized. As OVER staffed as this pharmacy is there shouldn’t be a wait.
I will never return to this store… for anything.

Ok I feel like I have to update. The pharmacy has changed a lot. I get all of my prescriptions here because it’s ²⁴⁄₇ and I haven’t had any problems in a long time. They’re actually nice now too.

Don’t come here unless you feel like waiting forever for your prescription. I was told mine would take two hours to transfer from my old pharmacy. That seemed reasonable to me since they looked busy and I know there is phone calling involved. I came back three hours later and left before I spoke to anyone because I was waiting for 15 min and they weren’t even done helping the lady in front of me (and I had groceries in the car, which wasn’t their fault). I then came back at 10:30 pm, 5.5 hours after dropping it off, and it still hadn’t been filled. They still hadn’t gotten to it, and my original pharmacy had closed, so there was no hope of getting it filled. Good thing my life didn’t depend on this prescription, or I’d never be able to write this scathing review! Never mind the inconvenience this caused me, and the pharmacist’s solutions to the problem were all worthless. If she spent the same amount of time filling prescriptions as she did making alternate plans, they might get something done!

This place needs to be gone. Employees are incompetent, lack of urgency and you should plan at least 40 mins waiting in line to find out they cant find anything. Walgreens please buy this place!

bad customer service even the manager mr. kohran was beeping rude. never came across such a rude store manage. he felt he was too busy to adjust a price that they made a mistake on. tried to tell me i must have looked wrong… really? so i told him to walk with me back to the item self and kazam the price was ring up a totaly different price then was advertised on the self. he refuse to lower the price and make any adjustments. gave me a really hard time just because it wasn’t this little boy’s day boo hoo. act like a man instead of a little boy. didn’t want to honor my coupons told me he would only honor 2 but it clearly states limit 4 per like coupons. he was such a macho nan that he got correct by a wonen that he has no honor. if these stores want out business then they better get with the program and find employees who are glad to work there if not then people like mr. kohran will ruin your company cvs’s reputation. like wtf??? really!!! only even getting one star just becuz i had to rate it sonething otherwise it would get like a negative infinity stars!!! ridiculous!!! never had to call coperate on anyone one before!!!

This place is gross. Just callin it out. It’s like that feeling of despair you get when you walk in wal mart. What’s surprising is its rather new but its cramped full of stuff that’s in the wrong place and everything seems like its dirty.
On the upside, the people working there were helpful. I called in a change of prescription from Walgreens (oh how I wish my insurance still worked there) at 10am and they hadn’t gotten around to it at 4pm when I was told to come in. I get that its busy and the day before thanksgiving, but the staff still did their best to accommodate and make it take less time. Got out in half an hour and they were busy the whole time, so they obviously put some priority on it. That’s the only pro, but I never want to step foot in there again, I’ll just do drive thru pharmacy.

Very clean. Clerk Chris was very nice. Prices seem a little higher than other places but what can you do.

PHARMACY = FREAKIN’ BUREAUCRATIC #*&!!! I’M QUITE OBVIOUSLY EXPERIENCING SPASMS OF EXCRUCIATING PAIN WHILE CVS PERSONNEL AT THIS STORE WAIT FOR A FAX FROM THE FIG GARDEN CVS FOR A PRESCRIPTION FOR IBUPROFEN.
Saw my doctor this morning on an emergency basis due to an injury yesterday. My doctor prescribed 3 meds, two of which were narcotic or restricted and for which i had to bring in a physical copy of the doctor’s prescription. The 3^rd was Ibuprofen which the doctor sent by email to the Fig Garden CVS in error. The CVS Fresno St. staff could see the Ibuprofen prescription online but stated they had to wait until the Fig Garden Store faxed over a copy of it so this store could fill it.
Restricted prescriptions were promptly filled. But the Ibuprofin…“we cannot do anything until the Fig Garden CVS faxes over a copy of the prescription.” I begged them to fill it based on the online copy or sell me an over the counter version. But, «NO»…can’t be done.

I normally never come to this CVS, but my regular pharmacy was out of my prescription so I came here to get it filled. This is a pretty nice CVS, and the fact that they have a drive through pharmacy appeals to my lazy side. The only downside is that there is not really a good way to get out of here, you are faced with traffic coming down off the shaw off the freeway, or facing traffic trying to get to the mall. It’s like the Sophie’s Choice of driving.
