Gamestop

Gamestop is only a good place to shop for their Buy-​Two-​Get-​One free deal. Literally their used games are expensive, and the price of their used games are so close to the price of their new games that it doesn’t make sense to buy a used one. I have literally walked into a Gamestop and have seen their used games more expensive than their brand new equivalents. However, I continue to shop here due to the fact, that I have never walked into a Gamestop, and had a bad experience. Every customer service rep has always been knowledgable, and extremely kind

I’ve been to this location several times to pick up a little present for the hubby. The staff are knowledgable about the games and have always been patient with me, a non-​gamer. When I go with hubby, he asks the staff for recommendations. More than once he has selected and enjoyed something from those recommendations.

GameStop has the video game you want and the ones you didn’t know you wanted. We came in here looking for Zelda for a 3DS. We found that but were unable to get a Skylander we were looking for.
Calvin K. was very nice in offering to call around to see if other Gamestops had it available in their shops.
Anthony checked us out and he was super pleasant to the point he laughed at my silly jokes. He was very nice and he tried his best to help me access my rewards points.
This store has great customer service.
My only problem is not with the establishment but with some patrons.
Now we have employees here that go far and beyond to help us find what we need… Please acknowledge them the way they acknowledge us. Don’t be gangster. Get off your phone for just a second and say,“Hi, no thanks. I’m good.“
Please people don’t mess up a good thing and be nice to the employees.

My son had lost his Visa Debt card, near his bank at Herndon and Marks and the day after it was lost/​stolen charges showed up from this store. My son, whom is 20 yrs old had 288.00 in the bank and for some reason they drained that exact amount. The total purchase was 541.00 they used some other form of payment with minus the $ 288.00 they stole.
When my son called the bank they said Gamestop tried to run the card for the full amount of $ 541.00 but it was denied not once, not twice but THREE times. Per the bank record the transaction was made on Dec 26^th, 2013 at 7:02PM.
We called the store 30 minutes after the charge and got ahold of manager and she didn’t want to help us at all. We also asked if they check ID’s when credit cards are used and they insisted they do. Obviously they do NOT! We filed a police report and filed a claim with the bank. Something is real shady here and if I get further information and find this company or an employee was not in the wrong I will update my review on Unilocal and Facebook. BUYER BEWARE Thieves shop and work here.

Came in to exchange some games and look for a new controller. I was helped by Ryan we did a great job and got me exactly what I was looking for at a discounted price. Great service great place thanks for the deals.

Ever since they lost Debra as store manager this place has gone way down hill. No debra Jeremy or James. why would a store drop their three best employees. There are a few that work here that are OK but not the same. Way to drop the ball GAMESTOP going to Best buy for my gaming needs if not Jeremy’s store in sierra vista mall.

If we just gotta have a game and don’t want to wait for it to be delivered from Amazon, this is where we head. The managers here must be in a different league from those in other gaming shops in town, because the folks who man this store are invariably friendlier and more helpful than in other shops. Their recommendations also are spot on.

Been coming here for a while since I moved to Fresno. Consistently good service and stock. I like the trade-​in specials + membership card.
I’d rather get games from Gamestop than Best Buy across the way because Best Buy usually has horrible customer service.
