I came here on my lunch break… my shift was terrible and I felt the need to treat myself to something sweet. When I walked in there was a huge party sitting around and lounging in really nice clothing I’m assuming it was probably a quinceanera party… they were all dressed so beautifully especially the girl who I am assuming was the birthday girl… As busy as they were, they treated me like family and gave me world class service. I will definitely definitely be back. Such good customer service!!!

They do a good job. No complaints. Not one inkling of them jipping me of my well needed ounces of meat, a là Subway’s mistake. I do appreciate their friendly, if not slightly monotone, customer service.(That is averaging out the entire staff.) And because I’m lactose-intolerant, I can’t say a terrible deal about their Baskin-Robbins side, other than pricey for no reason. But that’s the corporate side of this franchise, which they have little control over. When their mocha shakes cost $ 6.99 for a medium, I simply walk on down to Cold Stone for a Gotta Have It sized mocha with mint for a hardy(and less then FourBucks) $ 3.49. So come here for the sandwiches, and possibly a scoop of mint chocolate chip/pralines and cream/black walnut cherries jubilee/chocolate chip cookie dough/daiquiri ice/jamoca almond fudge ice cream.(Yeah, I’m a glutton for punishment!)

I’ve only been to this location for Baskin-Robins ice cream and can’t say I’d recommend it to others. First off, this is not a full service BR, the ice cream selection is maybe ¼ to 1⁄3 of what a full size store would offer. Secondly, depending on who is working the counter, the size of the scoops vary drastically. The owners of the store will severely short you on how much ice cream they give to you while a majority of the other workers will give you the listed number of ounces or a generous spoonful. What really ruined this location for me was after I came in with my girlfriend to use a coupon she had received for her«½ birthday» as they say… well first, I’ll take the fault for not reading the coupon properly, it was I believe free ice cream, or buy 1 get 1? But certain stipulations were written in very, VERY, small print. This is just stupid. Anyways, as we attempted to use the coupon, the employee, also one of the owners(no surprise there) read the coupon, informed me that I could not use it, and as I plead my case regarding the fine print being really deceiving, she gave me the impression should would accept it this one time but proceeded to rudely snatch my card and swipe it at full price. I should have thrown the ice cream back in her face, or pressed the matter. It was unprofessional and perhaps if I was more strapped for cash I would have involved the police… but I’m not that big of a douche… just a little douche. Anyways, screw these guys, I’ll save my money for Cold Stone or Marble Slab. Shame, I wish another BR was closer.

31 flavors but not the one I went in there for. I have been to three Baskin Robbins in the past two days. We’ve been hunting for a Lightning McQueen cake for my son’s birthday. The second BR had winter white chocolate, a seasonal flavor with chocolate covered cherries. Ever since, I’ve been craving that. Happened to be near the one if Riverpark and stopped. They didn’t have it. Not only that, the lady wasn’t very nice when she told me she didn’t have it. Could have been, oh I’m sorry, we don’t have that one right now. Nope, it was I don’t have winter white chocolate(in a «you’re so dumb» tone).
