I love Eddie Bauer clothes, but the poor customer service at this particular store has made me decide to buy online or at another store. I was waiting at the counter while the clerk was chatting with a woman who may have been the manager? Both totally ignored me and once I got some service, it was mediocre at best.

Excellent service and great sale on down jackets. The store employee (female named Geri) found me just what I wanted. Store displays were good. I bought more than I intended because staff was helpful and products were well displayed.

Like the location… a nice clean tidy store but seems to carry just a fraction of what’s available on-line. I actually buy Eddie Bauer stuff on a regular basis like shorts, khakis so forth but will have to stick to on line shopping.
Clothing wise quality is decent… All the little gadgets and pseudo outdoor equipment is junk, seems to me this store needs a inventory rethink. On the positive side it is close to the Elbow Room so a decent martini is never far away.

Perfectly nice Eddie Bauer. Staff was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Store was clean and organized. That’s all I can ask of an Eddie Bauer or any retail for that matter.

About 5 different sales people gave us the exact same sales schtick here:
1. Did you know Eddie Bauer invented the down jacket? He was FREEZING!
2. Have you checked out the GADGET TABLE?
3. Don’t you want to buy a down blanket? It’s 50% off!!!
… Stepford sales people???
