Denny’s

New remodeled! The service was great. Managers were walking around checking on customers. Fast, freindly, and clean! Great job!

The manager Ed was very polite and sociable. Smiled the whole time. my daughters loved him! .The staff was great! The food was perfect. will be returning soon

This has to be the nicest Dennys in town had such a great vibe my server Lisa was amazing along with the other servers must of had my drink refilled 10 times This will become my new Dennys I will drive out of my way to have such an amazing breakfast

Marcellino, Trevor, and Jessica are all AMAZING at their jobs!!! You can really tell that they like being there and are happy to serve the customers and we do appreciate it!!! Keep up the awesome work guys and to their manager — give them a raise!!!
Some of the other employees there, on the other hand, are a different story.
This Denny’s location is near my house so it is frequented by us often. On nights where the three people listed above are working, the food usually comes out fast with great service to go along with it! But other times have been disappointing; one evening our server was named Katharine I believe. We waited almost an hour for pancakes… Just pancakes. They were cold. There was no apology from the server, no acknowledgment of how long we had been waiting or the fact that our food was cold what so ever. Our waters never got refilled, which could be understood if our server was busy, but she was just milling around with a sour expression. We were pretty much ignored by the server and it was surprising seeing as the service was usually pretty good at this location. Anyway, the food was gross and the service was bad that time but, not all the time at least !!

I’m updated the review, simply because of the excellent follow up the owner of this location took, I likely will never return to this location any time soon…

The first issue comes down we came across rancid tea. It was pretty obvious that the iced tea dispenser had not been cleaned in some time. The tea smelled of rotten meat, and the taste wasn’t much better.
The second issue came when ordering. We were unable to sub the meat one of your platters for either hashbrowns or another item. 2 out of the 3 of our group were vegetarians. The waitress tried her best, but the manager on staff refused to make any changes. That left us with the option to either 1. pay $ 10 bucks for two eggs, and a Belgium waffle and then have the option to pay extra for hashbrowns, one of the lowest cost items on the menu. I spoke to the manager about both issues; and who really didn’t seem to care about either issue.
The waitresses were all great, very fast with our drinks, friendly. We ended up leaving. But I don’t see us returning to a Denny’s in the future

I came here after a football game and the service was sooo bad!!! Don’t come here! The Hispanic girl was so rude she rolled her eyes at us because she had to repeat herself. I left no tip because they didn’t deserve it. I recommend going to the one on herndon/​blackstone this place sucks so bad!!!

Probably some of the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Our waitress, Katharine, came and gave us our drinks and on my daughter’s cup was a lipstick stain. We told her that we would like another cup and she agreed and took our orders. We then proceeded to wait 30 minutes for our food and I didn’t receive my steak for another four minutes. When I got it it wasn’t even cooked the way I had ordered it. I had to wait another 20 minutes for two pieces of burnt toast. My son did not recieve his dessert even though he ordered it. At the end she asked how it was and I told her honestly that te service was horrible and that I’ve never experienced such horrific quality of service. My child’s father went and got about five dollars taken off the bill. All in all, I can’t believe I experinced such horrible service. She needs to be fired.

very unfriendly, and the Hispanic girl that seats you!!! denny’s had to approach the waitress 2 times for a damn straw!!! and the asian manager just standing around doing nothing!!!
not to mention i gave them back their silverware that had hairs on it!!!
and lisa the morning waitress was very unfriendly… no tip for her!!! i should stayed home and cooked!!! bad bad service!!! Very dirty place!!!

love it. everyone is is very nice and helpful. food is great! The managers were out and about. cleaning up and talking to everyone. looking like everyone enjoyed their job. Fantastic atmosphere as always

I been waiting forever for the food. The management sucks. I ordered omelet and they gave us pancake.

Seeing as how I was probably drunk at this Denny’s when I wrote my last review, it’s time for an update!
Everything is the same. Service is mostly good and the food is awesome when you’re drunk. The value menu has gotten better over the last year. My favorite thing to get is the biscuit and gravy breakfast along with a cheese quesadilla and of course… the lemonade I mentioned I love so much in my previous review! I swear they put something in that lemonade cause it is soooooo good. All that comes out to $ 8. In the off chance I come here sober I get the avocado chicken Caesar salad. Hell, sometimes I get it when I’m drunk too. It’s one of the best salads at a restaurant I’ve had.
Bottom line. The food is awesome if you’re not 100% sober. The food is cheap. And the service is good.

I came when it was kind of slow and Lisa took my order. Not ten minutes later, I remembered I had an appointment and had to leave. Lisa was quick to get my food packed to go and did it with a smile.
Good food. Fast service. Definitely will go back.

Biker weekend should mean waits. 5 min — we’re in. Hostess very nice, fast, makes time to check in on us as we wait. Veggies egg white omelet and simple chx strips and hash browns. Crispy but tender strips. Hash browns crispy but not burnt. Veggie omelet — veggies undercooked. Cheese not in the omelet– but rather on it. No seasoning used leaves you in charge, not what we want. Good portions.

I was very happy with this location. The service was on point and very friendly. The food was, of course, Dennys but the cook did a really good job. Kudos

Always good for the all day breakfast, can’t beat the $ 2,4,6 menus. Standard breakfast foods. Good service.

Ive been here several times, last night was the best experience I’ve had there, 5 stars. But unfortunately, this review is an average of all my experiences put together.
The service at this location is usually slow, occasionally (like last night) you will get speedy service once your seated, but not usually the case.
It takes a long time to be seated even on empty nights or less busy hours.
The staff are hit and miss, the lunch staff are usually rude, the evening seem to be generally very very nice.
Food is A-​OK, tastes like any other Denny’s. My favorite item is the fried cheese melt. It’s not on the menu but I still order it every time and it is delicious. Highly recommended. Good place to go if youre not in any rush and want really cheap food.

I don’t like Denny’s food but my husband does so we came here on our way home from Kings Canyon & Sequoia Natl Parks. Everything was greasy and rubbery (as is typical of Denny’s) but the caramel coffee was good and our waitress was really great.

I’m new to Fresno just moved here. Needed a place to enjoy breakfast after a huge stressful move. Went to this Denny’s on a BUSY saturday morning. It was very crowded but we (me and my son) got seated right away. VERONICA was our server.
Even tho she was waiting on several tables she was great. Excellent service, she was very attentive.2 min 2 bite rule and she had a very clean appearance. The girl was sharp and fast. Food was excellent. Hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean. Great location.

Ordered new skillet with a ham slice, comes with chopped ham… Ordered a glass of milk, glass is dirty… Food was pretty good, but the service, the customer service was sub par. Better to eat here when hungover…

I wait 20 min for my food, I saw like 8 workers in the dinner area but only one cook trying too make all the orders, I saw a lady who I think was the one on charge of the place of the moment, I saw her asking the cook for food but the cook was running from one side to the other trying to make all the orders, come on lady help the man !!
