I’ve been using this location for over 5 years, I had one problem that they reimbursed me fully for a shirt they screwed up on so I have no complaints. I do wish their laundry for cotton work shirts was cheaper, like the 99 cent special they use to run, but ehhh I can live with $ 1.85 each!

Very affordable. Quick. Friendly Customer Service. I have been a customer for atleast 5 years and have never had a problem. I don’t take my clothes anywhere else.

I was so excited to have brought my clothes here they have done a wonderful job. I had bad experiences with them in the past but I see a big difference In the quality of the clothes than before. I like to bring my clothes here and my family as well. They have great coupons as well and my whole family use them. I have spoke to the owner and he has reassured me of the quality. His name is Ryan and he is now the NEW Owner of Crown Cleaners. I am excited to hear theirs a new sheriff in town.

I had been going to the cleaners for over 20 years. I will never go there again. I have had to give away numerous sweaters that cost a lot of money because when I got them back they had shrunk them so bad that I couldn’t wear them. One time one was shrunk so bad that even one of the girls there thought the same thing as me… it would fit only a small child. The last time I took a sweater in to be cleaned it came back to me with great big black marks all over it. They sent it back to be re-​cleaned. When I got it back the second time it still had some marks on it so they sent it for cleaning again. Within a day or two I received a call from a woman that said she was the manager and was so horribly rude to me. She said they did not do that. I disagreed with her and then she got so snotty and said they would not clean my sweater again. Over a period of time several of the girls I talked to that worked there said not a day went by without complaints and people saying they wouldn’t come back. They also said relatives of the owners were doing the cleaning and they didn’t know what they were doing and the owners didn’t care. Don’t ever take your clothes there. I now would rather pay more and get good care with my clothes and good service.

I had been going to Crown for over 4 years however due to my recent experience with one of their employees I think it’s time I find another cleaners. There was a time when they were fast and professional however it seems like the people now working are rude.

For the price you get what you pay for. Clothes have a slight chemical smell when you get them back.

This is the worst dry cleaners ever. I personally don’t take my items here anymore, but my husband does and I have had to drop off/​pick up items on occasion. And yes, they are cheap… but for good reason.
First, it annoys the shit out of me that they print on your receipt that your clothes will be ready the next day and then you show up and only half really are. The last time this happened the chick behind the counter said, «I know the receipt says today, but really they take until noon tomorrow.» ooook… so put TOMORROWS date on the fing receipt and I would have no problem with that!
They never have enough help it seems at the peek times, i. e 5:30 on week days and are slower than hell. It is all really bad customer service and seems like they don’t give a shit about you or your clothes.
The final straw was the last visit they had put a sign up with a laundry list of items they DON’T clean anymore including: curtains, bedspreads, wedding gowns, anything with beads or sequins, etc. I was under the impression those are the items you HAVE to get dry cleaned! So basically they only accept plain dress clothes!!! Ridiculous… good luck staying in business with that one.
If I’m gonna leave some of my treasured garments hostage at a dry cleaners, you can be sure as hell it won’t be with THEM.

If I don’t have deep feelings for my Dry Clean Only items I will take them here. It is an impressive $ 1.85 — way better than the $ 5/​item I’m used to in SF. And the results are wonderful. However, I think this lowball price allows them to occasionally lose a dress, belt, or jacket of mine. I’ve had several of the aforementioned items mysteriously disappear. And not because I think they steal, but they simply don’t keep careful watch. Even more mysterious is how Items have been miraculously «found» four months later. Dry cleaning here can be a risky business.
