Cold Stone Creamery

Well I really like the ice cream creation I got, the service could have been better. Both workers spent most of the time in the backroom, leaving the counter empty. While helping me with my puchase they were efficient but not friendly.

I usually go to this location because I live nearby and they always give great service, but tonight there was a girl who helped me and she didnt even blend my toppings in with the ice cream that well! I ordered my ice cream with frozen strawberries and she didnt even break them down, they were just whole frozen starwberries! Lol wtf man. If i wanted whole frozen strawberries then I wouldve just gone to the grocery store to get some!

One of the better coldstones. They give good portions and the prices are cheaper here than other coldstones around town. The workers are friendly and the space is clean and new. About $ 3 – 5 for a cup of ice cream. My favorite flavor is either mint or coffee. I love their chocolate fudge truffle when they do have it

Well, I have tried their Chocolate Lava Meltdown; it contains chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream.
* The chocolate cake is not the best, it tastes like regular cakes; it’s good but not super; I rate it 3 stars.
* The vanilla ice cream tastes better, my rating is 3.5 stars for the vanilla.
* general atmosphere inside is pretty good.
* however, I had an issue with the staff. I came at 9:45pm and ate inside. Then, at 10pm sharp one of the staff approached me although I hadn’t finished eating and said they should lock the door and so I should leave because they close at 10pm.
Okay, yes, he said that politely, but I have never seen a store in the US where they make someone leave immediately when it closes. All of the stores I know let you stay in until you finish if you came early!!! I hope someone corrects me if I’m mistaken!
That’s the reason why I rated it 2 stars. If that had not happened, my rating would be 3 stars.

Omfg. This place is new but filthy. Piss was all over the floor of the only bathroom. The wife had to pull out baby wipes to clean the tables which was layered with grease, icecream, finger prints and stuff I am un certain of. The two staffs were polite but did not keep the place clean for customers. I mean it when I said piss all over the floors.

It had been a while since I have been here to Stone Cold Creamery, but I am glad that I came here recently. I use to always visit the location in Clovis, but this was my first time at this newer location by Fresno State.
The ladies were attentive and patient with me, and offered me the many different options of how to choose my flavors, pack them, and top them. We chose cotton candy, mint, oreo, chocolate, strawberry, and mango-​strawberry sorbet. And for the topping, we added gummy bears, reese’s peanut butter cups, and kit kats.
The ice cream was excellent and very brain-​freeze worthy. The total came out to about $ 17 for four three large cups and one small cup. The only gripe I have are the amount of tables and seats in the place. It was pretty busy with only 8 seats, and I saw groups looking for an open table.

Had the coffee lovers, great place for desserts! Open late and very clean. Who can say no to ice cream?!

Hello all of you ice cream loving. Chocolate drizzling, hot fudge covering, sprinkles and gummy bear topping mad coo coo banana over anything that has to do with this cold desert!
I just want to say that I enjoyed this new cold stone very much. The young cashiers were very nice and up beat! I think the best part is that they actually mix in the toppings if that is how you would like it.
My daughter wanted sprinkles mixed in with her strawberry ice cream scoop and then topped it with gummy bears! After this she was definitely one springy little monkey princess!
The cost was very affordable it was only three dollars and it was enough to satisfy my daughters need for the oh so popular desert. As for me I just shared with her.
The inside of the creamery was very clean and they kept a smile on throughout the entire time of service. This made me and my daughter feel very welcomed.
I would recommend this place to anyone who has just watched a movie and still wants to be up on a sugar rush for another hour or so!

The ice cream is as wonderful as all Cold Stone locations have. My favorite is cake batter with Heath and it didn’t disappoint. However, this location is very small and has only two tables inside, with no seating outside. For hot Fresno weather, this makes it hard to enjoy your ice cream before or after a movie. I’m surprised a newer center like this one didn’t consider comfortable seating.
